This property is located in the heart of San Luis Potosi near many touist attractions, shops, and restaurants. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The interior of the building was a combination of what I can tell was the previous use combined with the current layout giving it a contemporay yet older design. The roof top is located at the 7th floor which has a pool and an amazing view of the sorrounding are. On the 5th floor there is also an open top terrece with offers a light up and wonderful view as well. The hotel also features a hotel which has one of the most amazing breakfast's I've ever had. The arroz con leche was my favorite! The room service was excellent and the gentlenmen were worthy of an excellent tip. The only downside was that parking was located 2 or 3 blocks down but it was a short 3 to 5 minute walk and by no means a deal breaker. The parking was a reasonable amount per day compared to USA prices. Overall, this hotel was amazing and worth the money. I will definitely consider staying here in the future.

A remarkable hotel in a prime location. My family and I absolutely loved our 8 day stay here. It’s a beautiful hotel with beautiful views from the terrace of the city center. My kids enjoyed the heated pool during the day and night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant serves delicious food including a morning buffet. Everything is walking distance from shops, restaurants and cafes. I would love to stay here again in the future!

Nice property. Room to small. The hotel refuse to upgrade to a bigger room even though I offered to pay for the upgrade. I recommend to check the room square footage before booking this place.

The staff was great. Our doorman Carlos was kind and helpful, he guided us to some great spots to eat and check out. The only down side to the hotel is that it has no refrigerator and the pool was a bit dirty.
