Great hotel!
The hotel was extremely high end for a low price and in a great location with beautiful view. Note that it is not handicapped accessible; you need to take stairs to get to the hotel elevator.

Great location and views
If you want a place with an amazing view from the patio, perfectly located and with a friendly staff, Hotel Rosa is your spot. It isn’t luxury and the rooms are small, but that’s European.

A great hotel with some of the best views of San Marino from the rooms and out the front of the property. Very friendly staff and are great at sorting out the parking for you as well as local information.

This hotel was amazing. Inside the walled city but parking right at the hotel. It is situated at the base of the first tower. Spectacular view right from the rooms. Extremely helpful and friendly staff with a great breakfast included. Unlikely we will ever be back to San Marino, but if we were , we would definitely stay here again.

Great location with parking right outside. We arrived and left in deep fog and heavy rain but views would otherwise have been spectacular. Helpful, friendly staff. Old fashioned bedroom but a truly fab shower!

Absolutely fantastic. From the point of arrival, to our departure, we could not fault this hotel. Mountain views from terrace and room were simply panoramic. All staff were wonderful and helpful in suggesting places for meals. 👌 Thoroughly recommended! Nb. They helped arrange our airport transfers (80 euro). Cab dropped us off right at the entrance. Good not to have to stress about this ourselves.

The hotel is just at the foot of the first tower, all the other tourist attractions are accessible. There are many dining and shopping options close by. The staff are very helpful and friendly. One thing to consider in booking for this hotel is that it’s approximately 13 to 15-minute walk uphill from the bus station. If you’re coming by bus, make sure to arrange for a taxi or any transportation to the hotel especially if you’re bringing heavy bags.

100% recommended.
Hotel communication prior to the trip was excellent and details of parking options sent. The staff on reception were always helpful and knowledgable, making suggestions for where to go and places to eat. The room was small but exactly as advertised: clean, comfortable and cool. Breakfast was lovely and the trays to take your breakfast outside to sit with a view was brilliant.

Hotel Rosa is a beautifully maintained family-owned hotel inside the walled city. The staff are courteous, attentive, and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. You can easily explore the castle and historic district from this hotel. I would definitely stay here again.
