Wonderful property
Lovely appmt very well appointed. Only 2 gripes: Reception was closed at 3:45 on Friday afternoon so getting the key wasn't as straightforward as it should have been and the bathroom (bath area mainly) was very grubby. Overall though we loved it abd would go back.

GREAT AFTER A DISASTROUS START
The apartment and the complex were superb and over all we enjoyed our stay. The first day however was horrendous. We arrived early, at 1300hrs, and expected to see the cleaner and arrange to leave our bags, be given a key and go and do some shopping, while they finished the cleaning.. We had been travelling for over 13 hours and were totally exhausted, You can imagine our dismay when we were told that the electricity had been switched off, because the owner had not paid his bill. The roller shutter doors on both patio windows were closed so the apartment was in total darkness, so that the cleaner could not do her cleaning. We were advised not to buy any food , as the fridge was off and that we would probably not be able to stay in the flat, We walked to the supermarket and bought candles and a lighter so we could at least stay in the flat that night ( as we were desperately in need of sleep), and thought we would have to find a hotel for the rest of our stay. When we returned to El Nautico we were met by Barry, the Chairman of the complex committee, who told us he was putting the electricity on for the rest of stay, as he thought it was unfair to punish innocent people, You can imagine our relief. The cleaner did come back the next day a complete her cleaning George the owner was supposed to contact us with an alternative plan but did not contact us throughout the whole of our stay. We did have a lovely holiday despite everything that happened, however there was a general lack of information in the flat. The TV didn't work as per the write up, despite following the brief instructions. We could not use the safe ( no instructions). Same applies to the washing machine. Ourselves and the cleaner could not double lock the door, we could only shut it on the latch. The DVD player was not connected and there were no DVDs anyway. It is such a shame as this is probably the nicest apartment we have ever stayed in, and we have stayed in 18 in the last 12 years. My advice to anyone booking this apartment is to contact the owner and discuss potential problems before finalising your booking

Fantastic location
Had a great stay at this ground floor apartment with verandah and easy access to pool and garden areas. We had our own sun loungers. The apartment had everything we needed for the 2 weeks. Kitchen was well equipped with washing machine. TV had all channels including sport for football fan husband and full range of UK stations and movies. Loved having an Alexa for music to complement our pre dinner drinks. The complex itself was very well maintained and the communal areas immaculate. Quiet area with beautiful sunsets and sea sounds but within easy reach of bars and restaurants. We loved the short walk to the next village of Los Abrigos for fresh fish. Would recommend

Absolutely beautiful place
What a stunning location! the sea views are spectacular. The apartment is perfect, like home from home with Alexa and everything you need. The pool area also has a fantastic view and the pool bar is next to the pool with gorgeous food and the cocktails are fab. The restaurants and bars are not far away with plenty of choice . This is the place to completely relax and unwind.

Great Location, Disappointing Apartment
We booked the apartment because of the descriptions of sitting on the terrace listening to the sea and we weren't disappointed. The location was first class, the gardens and pool were lovely. On the negative side we did not receive any access details and only gained access to the resort as another owner was inside by the closed reception. We had to ask the owner a number of times for the wifi code and the instructions for the safe which should have all been available. When we arrived the apartment had not been cleaned and was in a poor and dirty state, bed not changed etc but worse the power had tripped and the fridge and freezer were full of rotting food so the whole apartment stank and had attracted a huge number of ants. We contacted the owner who was only able to arrange cleaners for the following morning. He did however agree to pay for us to stay in a nearby hotel for the first night. After the first 24 hours we enjoyed our stay and had a really good holiday but would be reluctant to book through Vrbo again.

Sadly what you show is not correct
The owner shows the complex having a restaurant and gymnasium, not correct none exists, as it’s a rental the management are not interested with helping with any problems and as the owner of this property is in the U.K., there were problems ie safe failed to open, 5 days to get it open , tv packed in 5 days to correct this, I know thing happens but the owner needs to have a contact nearby for such problems. Complex is stunning, this is not a complaint just needs to be thought about.

Beautiful apartment with gorgeous sea view.
The apartment is extremely well equipped, spacious (for 2 people) and great for sitting out on the large south facing terrace . The apartment is on the ground floor so easy to stroll out to the pool area, and always can hear the sea. Very quiet location, nearby bars and restaurants are a 10 min walk but great choice. Big supermarket also 10mins (but closed for refurb while we were there). Communication with owner v. good (but use mobile not Homeaway notice board). Nice touch to leave some drinks / cupboard bits with request to replace what was used. TV system fabulous but needed to re-boot every time it was switched on. Overall, we had a brilliant time - pity we were in lockdown for the 2nd week. Great place.

Dissapointed to say the least.
El Nautico Golf de sur. Tenerife. We were really looking forward to this winter sun break December 2019. We had great contact with owners George and Chrissie before our arrival. Said we would be arriving 16 00hrs. Ok he said just ask for keys at reception! Upon arrival reception had no idea who we were... After explaining we were told to wait.. phone calls were made. after 35 mins we were given the keys... it was obvious when we got into the apartment that the owners had just left.. (neighbours verified this as well). The flat was not cleaned. (I took photos) Dust on shelves furniture etc etc.. drink spills on the floor. Bath dirty. Windows dirty. Bag of women's cloths left in the bedroom? Food /drinks left in fridge and freezer. We were told to help ourselves to replace what we used. But we prefere to get our own. But limited space! Patio bedroom door did not lock.. (we were on the ground floor) The bedding was faded and old. As were the hard towels. O..M.G. the mattresses were badley stained all over with boderly fluids mainly urine! I do not pay 5 star money to sleep in these conditions... I did text the owner to ask for mattress toppers. Who said see reception. Who gave us a duvet to cover the mattresses. Not ideal but better than nothing. On returning the duvet to reception I was asked for a laundry fee. I told them to refer to the owner! Such a shame as it was a lovely apartment nicely furnished. But dark as was in the corner and somewhat shaded. We could not get the tv to work despite instructions being left. George also kindley arrange for our taxi/lift back to the airport. But she never showed up! The local taxi that did take us was cheaper than what George quoted! I'm still waiting for my deposit back. ? Also hoping the owners will read this and refund some of the rental fees. The highlights were the location, views the local bars and restaurants. Not forgetting the lovely reception lady. Massive let down Moira and Paul Newark..

A tad disappointing
We have stayed at El Nautico on two previous occasions on the upper floors. This apartment was on the ground floor giving access to the garden but being in the corner it was quite dark not helped by the dark internal decor, and without working lights on the patio it limited the enjoyment of outside space at night. On arrival there was an issue getting the key but was resolved after 20 minutes. We asked for the car park code only to be told that apt 104 did not have a car park space contrary to the HA details and the blurb in the apartment. Visited the garage the following day to find a trailer and several mobility scooters occupying the space. Sent a note to owner but got no response, so parked on the road for the duration. There is a TV with four small pages of written instruction on how to operate, but we could not get past page two before a message to contact the provider popped up. Messaged owner but no response however as it was xmas there was not too much on TV to miss. Never did resolve it even when trying one final time to watch the Queens xmas message. There are two sun beds allocated to the apartment but only one sun bed mattress. The fridge freezer had not been emptied, with half a bottle of coke six slices of bread, a quarter carton of milk and half a pot of jam, plus several packets of opened frozen vegetables, all of which we had to clear out. All in all when you have stayed previously in the same building with no problems , any other apartment will be up for comparison, and we are afraid it sadly did not compare. However we did not let it affect our holiday unduely , which generally we enjoyed.

Lovely apartment in a spotless complex, apart from a slight hiccup on check in everything was great. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby perfect for our trip. Property had not been cleaned prior to visit
Hi l have just returned after a x5 night stay in Elnautical Apartments Tenerife South. I have a few points to raise about the property to which l stayed in. Days before arriving l confirmed with the owner about my imminent arrival. George informed me l would be able to collect keys from reception at 2pm on the 16th of July. When l arrived reception informed me there was an issue. Previous visitors had left that day after a 1 week stay but the apartment had not been cleaned. The reception staff had refused entry to the cleaner as previous bills from the residence were not up to date. I tried to contact George at this point but his response was simply, ‘that he had sent the reception a note of my name, saying l would be arriving’ he obviously had no concerns about how clean the apartment was, was there any clean laundry, would l even gain entry. Luckily after some waiting around the staff decided to pass on the key, saying ‘they had no idea how dirty it may be’. The apartment was ‘lived in’ used bedding still on an unmade bed, dirty towels, bathroom, toilet, fridge and floors. In my opinion the apartment needs a thorough clean, patio door broken and not secure, and the kitchen hob had no power. I plugged my phone into charge from one of the sockets and it sparked and tripped the power switch. Luckily the receptionist was kind enough to come down and assist. Showing me how to switch power back on and gave me some clean towels and bedding to use. I spent the first few hours of my visit cleaning the bathroom, kitchen and making up the bed, not how l had envisaged. I found this to be a disappointing start to my stay and did not find the owner to be approachable due to his obvious lack of interest. As far as l could understand other residents were due to arrive following my departure with the exact same issue to face. Please can you inform me as to what you intend to do about the situation. Very relaxing break
Lovely Apartment, very safe and secure feeling environment, gardens and communal areas absolutely spotless and tended to daily. great restaurants nearby. Only a few minor issues which didnt spoil the holiday. No corkscrew in the Apartment which led to some ingenious ways trying to get wine out of a bottle late in the evening. (new corkscrew bought the next day and left at the Apartment) TV didnt work for 4 days of the stay not really a problem as we prefer to be outside mostly but like to keep up with the news every now and again. Communication from the Owner could have been better. Overall a very pleasant holiday and would love to return some day.

Fabulous, absolutely fantastic
Great apartment, quirky in a brilliant way and superbly comfortable. This apartment had everything you needed for a great holiday, plus wifi, safe and even a walk in wardrobe. For us the best part was waking up and hearing the waves on the rocks and the smell of the sea. Location is key, right next to the sea, a quiet, an extremely well kept environment, with friendly and helpful, happy staff. The owners, Chrissy and George were outstanding, helpful, easy to contact and swift to respond. This would be enough, but when you add the the outstanding terrace bar, on the corner of El Nautico. It is great for lunch, a quiet cold beverage and lovely tapas, with great, super staff, who gave us daily Spanish lessons! Oh, and there is the view. Wow! Then for your evening meal is Azzuro, what can I say? Food is fabulous, Truly marvellous Chef, superb presentation and a wine waiter, Franco, who if asked will play the grand piano - he completes the evening Did I mention that the apartment was on the ground floor? Open the patio doors, put your flip flops on, otherwise you will burn your feet and 50 steps takes you to the path, over which is the sea. We had two weeks sun bathing in this area, on our own, with only the gardener, occasional lizard and the waves disturbing us. Oh, and the scenery; waves crashing into the rocks, sending up great swathes of sea water, drifting in on the wind to bath your face in sea water. Did I mention how mesmerising, peaceful, serene, tranquil, and relaxing, beautifully relaxing it was? Great location as well, San Blas is a thousand steps away, according to my FitBit, just take the coastal path. A well priced perfumarie, small supermarket and one or two good restaurants, a reasonable selection if you fancy a change from the two El Nautico wonderful restaurants. Or for those who want to venture a little further, Los Abrigos, great fish restaurants on the harbour. What more can I say? Fabulous is far too insufficient! Would I go back? Well let's just say that I have booked for two more two week holidays in 2018 and 2019 and I will shortly book a further two weeks for 2019. And I will continue to book it - I have been holidaying in Tenerife for the past 20 years and I have found this apartment to be the best. Did I enjoy it? No, I loved it!

Never again !
Already at the beginning there were problems, because the owner of this apartment had not registered us. After almost 2 hours we were finally able to receive the key for the apartment. But even here no feeling of the beginning of the holiday. The apartment was dirty as the owner himself was there before and did not arrange for cleaning. Opened food in the fridge, old bread in the toaster. The bedding didn't look fresh either. No towels and bed linen for the guest bed were provided. The bathroom was also not cleaned. The door from the bedroom to the terrace could not be locked. This should already work in a ground floor apartment. A lot of what was in the description of the apartment was not true. Also the offered parking space could not be used, as a trailer was parked here. Corona conforme hygiene instructions etc. were also not available. Also several phone calls with the rental agency and emails with the owner were not helpful at first. After requesting repayment, there was either no response or inadequate answers. Only after the threat of involvement of consumer protection and the police, movement came into the incident. We looked for a new place to stay and left the apartment after 2 days.
