Modern alarmed apartment with Shared Pool, WIFI and views to Tiede and the Sea

This spacious, bright, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is ideally located for families, golfers and couples in peaceful Amarilla Golf. Terraces at the front and back of this ground floor apartment give day long sunshine and are equipped with patio tables, chairs and sunbeds. The apartment has recently been fitted with a modern alarm system for enhanced security and peace of mind during your stay.
The shared pool is within a stones throw away and has key fob entry, comfortable loungers and is perfect for adults and children alike - a shallow area where children are safe to play around and a deeper area for adults to swim. There are also two other pools (also heated in the winter months) that the apartment fob gains you access to. These are both within a 5 minute walk away.
Amarilla Golf and Country Club is open to non-members, and the Clubhouse provides bar meals, restaurant and swimming pool with loungers. There is no need to hire a car for your stay however if you chose to, car hire is available at the airport, or at the resort. Local bars and restaurants are within a couple of minutes walk and the neighbouring resort of Golf del Sur is just 10-15 minutes walk away. San Miguel Marina is minutes away and has two bars with beautiful views of the marina and sea. The larger resorts of Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas are a short 15 min drive away. The traditional Canarian fishing village of Los Abrigos is a 35 minute walk along the beautiful coastal path and contains a number of excellent restaurants.

We had a lovely stay in the apartment. Took advantage of both patios especially as it was hotter than expected. Loved the pool lovely and quiet. Enjoyed chatting with the expats that live there. Great drinks and meals at Fernandos a stones throw away. Apartment had everything we needed. Area quiet and we made use of a car getting out and about. Would recommend and stay again.

We were looking for a self catering property for a golf holiday. We played all our golf golf at Amarilla and the property location was perfect. We didn’t need car hire as it was only a short walk to the clubhouse. There is a good choice of restaurants etc close by and the apartment was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. The pool area was also very well maintained.

We enjoyed a lovely 2 weeks at the property. It was clean and well equipped with eveything a young family could need! The weather was lovely and warm and we where able to make use of the pool nearly everyday! We even had a bbq on the patio! There's lot to do locally we did many trips to the local animal parks and various beaches. A perfect base which we hope to return to again!

Relaxing quiet apartment
Good value for a quiet break, apart from landing a/c which we knew about having stayed nearby a few times before. Old a/c make more noise landing than newer ones do! Very few landings later on in the day so doesn't really matter when you get used to them. Swimming pool really great.

Lovely Apartment in Peaceful Location
Have just spent 14 nights in this lovely apartment. It has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The BBQ on the terrace is great for relaxing nights in. The swimming pool is lovely and warm and the grounds are very well kept. There are plenty of good restaurants within a 20 minute walk. Ideal location in a quiet area, with the coastal path at the end of the road which goes on for miles. It is a great walk to El Medano, with the option of getting the bus back. We certainly hope to visit again next year.

We stayed for three weeks in January, superb apartment and all that is required for short or long stays. Two terraces front and back which means all day sunshine. Views from terraces are of Mount Teidi and partial sea views. There is a well fitted kitchen with all that you could need. The living room is comfortable, T.V. with English channels + sport channel perfect if you want a night in. Very good WiFi, pubs and supermarket very close, very quiet area, parking available outside or close to apartment. Nice area to stay if touring around very close to main TF1 road. Well kept complex nice pool area unfortunately closed for maintenance during our stay. Will definitely return in future. Contact with co-owner Sam always had a quick response and we found her very knowledgeable about the area.

Clean, practical, spacious, having 2 bathrooms definitely a plus, and WiFi a plus plus, pool great (could probably do with a few more sun loungers during busy periods) Supermarket nearby had everything you may need and very friendly helpful staff (English) and some lovely local places to eat within Pebble beach complex.

Fantastic apartment.
The apartment was everything anyone could want, exceptionally clean with everything required right down to a selection of books and jigsaws for the kids. extremely quite, peaceful and relaxing with the pool 1 minute walk away. The area around the apartment is well serviced with restaurants and one supermarket which is well stocked for your everyday needs. Unless you are an ardent golfer I would suggest a car (and a sat nav) for exploring the surrounding areas. I would recommend the apartment to friends and relatives as it is great value. PS, The open air market down by the harbour on Fridays is great for designer knock offs. Brian Fletcher July 2018

Very nice apartment.
This was our second stay at this apartment which we enjoyed very much . It is kept clean and tidy with front an rear sunbathing area's to top up your tan. Beds are comfortable kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook yourself meals or there are three decent restaurants just up the road. All in all it's a nice place to stay to enjoy your holiday.

Excellent value for money
Really enjoyed our stay at the apartment in Amarilla golf. The area is quiet but that is just what we wanted. The apartment had a great feel about it and was perfect for our family of 2 adults, 2 kids aged 6 and 4 and 1 toddler aged 1. The kids loved the swimming pool. The pool was gated which was great. The only negative point was no air con. Being the height of summer it was easily 33'C everyday however we hired a small portable unit for 60 euro for the week which helped. For the price we paid..... I'd definitely go back again.

Lovely spacious apartment in a lovely quiet location, perfect.
Just returned after spending a very restful week in this lovely apartment. Being only two of us, we had loads room in this very spacious property. The ground floor apartment is set within a nice quiet complex, and within a stones throw from the large pool area and the truly excellent Aries bar. This was our third visit to this resort, and this apartment is in a perfect location, you have a supermarket, bars, and restaurants within a few minutes walk, and even more choice within a 20 minutes walk away. We like this location because you are only a few miles from the airport, so it's a quick taxi journey to the resort. If your looking for a lovely spacious apartment in a nice quiet location, then look no further. Sam is an excellent owner, and will always get back to you quickly if contacted. I can honestly say we would book this apartment again, and probably will later this year. Many thanks to Sam for accommodating us at the end of our holiday, that's was really nice of you, very much appreciated. Gary & Christine.

Nice, quiet residential location with some issues
There were positives and negatives with this apartment for the 3 weeks that we had it for. The communication that we had with Sam was very good and she did try to resolve some issues that we had with the rental. Most of our problems were with the fact that we felt there were too many small maintenance issues that needed attending to, coupled with the poor cleaning that had been completed prior to us taking up residence. We therefore spent a few hours cleaning the apartment to a standard that we felt happier with and made a list of other issues that Sam has since promised to investigate. Once that was completed, we were able to relax in the apartment and enjoy the great location and facilities of the area that we know reasonably well. Overall, provided that the cleaning and maintenance issues are addressed, we would be happy to stay here again.

Eerst het goede nieuws. Gezellig huis op prachtige locatie. We hebben wel wat opstart problemen gehad. Locatie huis was onduidelijk. Er stond een fout adres op de website. Er was wel een routebeschrijving. Voor ons was het een puzzletocht. Het kostte ons 45 minuten om het huis te vinden. Verder waren er een verkeerde gebruikersnaam en wachtwoord van het internet doorgegeven. Contact gezocht met eigenaar. Het bleek dat zij het ook niet wist. Zij gaf steeds iets verkeerds door. Na een dag kwamen we zelf achter het goede adres en wachtwoord. We hebben het aan de eigenaar doorgegeven. Ook hebben we verteld van de problemen om het huis te vinden. We hebben daar verder geen enkele reactie op gehad. Conclusie gezellig huis met achterstallig onderhoud en moeilijk contact met eigenaar.

Ruhe und Erholung pur
Wir haben uns in diesem Apartment superwohl gefühlt. Es war alles da, was gebraucht wird. Besonders schön, die Lage direkt am Golfplatz. Absolut ruhig. Hin und wieder flog zwar ein verirrter Golfball auf die Terrasse, aber wir als passionierte Golfspieler eiissen, dass das auch geübten Golfspielern passieren kann. Die Nachbarn in den angrenzenden Apartments waren alle freundlich und ruhig. Der Pool, nur wenige Schritte entfernt, phantastisch. Sehr zu empfehlen ist der Wanderweg an der Küste entlang bis Los Abrigos, wo es wunderbare Fischrestaurants gibt. Wir kommen gern wieder und bleiben dann auf jeden Fall länger. Vielen Dank Familie Robertson.
