Sunningdale Villa is a recently refurbished two storey, 3 bedroom detached family-friendly villa within the popular Sunningdale Village holiday complex. The property is private to the complex but enjoys a prominent poolside location with its very own private poolside terrace, The upper floor master bedroom has its own en-suite w/c, shower room and luxury 'his & hers' vanity units. You can access bedroom balcony to enjoy the sea and golf course views from the bedroom patio doors.
There are an additional two twin bedrooms downstairs at the rear of the property that enjoy views of the adjacent swimming pool - sheer luxury.
Why not have breakfast alfresco in the comfort at your own villas front terrace or sit at the nearby poolside cafe which is practically within touching distance of your rear terrace. The poolside has free good quality sunbeds for the sun-worshipers and for the fairer skinned, natural parasols or occasional tree dappled shaded areas around the pool.
The main pool has been beautifully configured into a shallow end and a larger 2 meter deep end for stronger swimmers. The far side of the pool area has a toddlers pool, play park, swings, climbing frames, table tennis table, 2 x pool tables, air hockey and table football and it's very own crazy golf course. Alternatively enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine in your own pool facing terrace where you can watch the children play in the pool under the watchful eye of the professional pool attendant.

Kitchen.
Preparing lunch in the villa kitchen is easy. There is a 4 ring hob, fan assisted oven, microwave, kettle and toaster and all the usual home from home cutlery, crockery and kitchen utensils you would expect from a holiday villa.
The daily shop.
There is a small convenience store 100metres from your door. For it's size it provides a surprisingly wide range of food and drink as well as other usual grocery shop items. Other shops are located 200 - 300 meters away at the foot of the road.
Weekly shop.
You can economically shop at the Hyper-Dino Supermarket located 1 mile away in San Blas or take a trip up to the larger Spanish Mercadona Supermercado or the Large Hyperdino Superstore in Las Chifiras which is about 2 miles away. A taxi from/to Las Chifiras costs about £5. A full sized under counter fridge and freezer should stock all your goodies for the length of your vacation.
Eating out.
Spoiled for choice really! In the direct vicinity to the villa there is a beautiful restaurant that provides breakfast, lunch, dinner and anything in between. There is under-shade seating for lunch and many chairs & tables to enjoy a refreshment in the sunshine. Occasional afternoon entertainment is provided for guests and at night time the more formal restaurant has live musical entertainment which weather dependent could be poolside and can be enjoyed of course from your own balcony terrace if you prefer it cozy.
If you like going out and about then there are a multitude of local restaurants and an Irish bar that provides entertainment, good quality pub grub that is very reasonably priced. If you're a fish freak then look no further than Los Abrigos which hosts some of the finest fish restaurants on the Island within a quaint picturesque harbour-side setting.
Bars.
A local bar servers drinks up until 11pm however there are many bars and restaurants within walking distance if you prefer an evening stroll..
