Las Terrazas was a beautiful, restful stay! Rocky, Gwen and the staff paid attention to every detail and were helpful, thoughtful, and kind. Our casita was clean and comfortable, and we loved also having an outdoor area to relax. Gardens were lush and offered a sense of privacy. Breakfast every morning was delicious, as we enjoyed waking up to daily sunshine and beautiful views. We can’t wait to come back! Thanks for an incredible vacation!

Las Terrazas is a beautiful boutique hotel. It was a spacious has beautiful interior and outside settings too. Owner is very friendly and service was good too. And it has a good distance to walk down to downtown.

Beautiful property with water filter in place so able to use tap water. Staff was welcoming and kind. Uphill walk from center of town. If you are active, this is a short walk. Otherwise, a very short taxi ride. The fruit plate each morning was amazing. Thank you to Gwen and Rocky for hosting us and being responsive to requests.

Great Bed and Breakfast with great hosts Rocky was particularly good in recommending places to eat' Very comfortable and clean Good location and we got our daily exercise in walking up the hill Rocky was kind enough to drive us to the Boatanical Garden which was a treat Would defnitely stay there again

We liked everything the hosts Rocky and Gwen are fantastic!!! They help you with restaurant suggestions they drove us to botanical gardens and bus stop, when it time for us to leave. That was a sad day because they really make your stay enjoyable! I would recommend this b and b highly food is good too Gwen makes everything so tasty. They really go above and beyond also the room, terrace and plants that surround you are homey and comfortingly. We were so sad to leave this oasis. Also roof top terrace showed amazing views of the entire city.

We stayed at Las Terrazas for 4 nights. Beautifully landscaped property with an amazing view over the city from the private terrace. Owners and staff were pleasant and welcoming. Enjoyed our daily breakfast. Especially Gwen’s banana bread. Definitely would recommend to anyone visiting San Miguel. Property is a short walk to the center and convenient to everything the town has to offer. We’ll be back!

Fabulous bed and breakfast in excellent location, very spacious and beautifully decorated casita with large terrace and spectacular view. The owners are wonderful people who go above and beyond to make your stay everything you had hoped for. The location was within 10 min walking distance from downtown and the property up in the hills where it was super quiet. The home-made breakfasts were amazing. We hope to be back soon.

A Gem amongst gems.
The property is beautiful and the staff from Rocky and Gwen are more than we deserve. The views from the patio on top are fantastic and you can sit on comfortable lounge chairs or sofas. Extended our stay and wish we were able to stay longer. Can’t get better than that!

It was such an enjoyable stay at Rocky's property. Everything was so perfect. Room was very clean and nice with a gorgeous view of the city. Breakfast was so delicious - i really love the handmade carrot bread! Rocky has been so helpful with recommendations and all our questions during the stay. I'd recommend anyone visiting San Miguel to stay here and can't wait to come back again!

Romantic and quiet inn
This was a romantic getaway inn. 4 blocks from city center downhill. Our room was small with no view but there was a rooftop terrace we could use for our viewing pleasure. Lots of flowers and beauty at this inn. And the best part was Rocky, the host, who gave us inside tips on everything in and out of San Miguel.

Las Terrazas exceeded all our expectations! Spectacular views and off the charts hospitality by Rocky and Gwen. We enjoyed not being in the center of town, preferring the views and tranquility that Las Terrazas offers with only a short walk to the center. We can't wait to go back!

Fairy tail slice of paradise!
Absolutely amazing hotel in its own little slice of tranquility in a very bustling Beautful city. It has a very cozy fairy tail vibe. The fire place really makes it dreamy. Loved the architecture, the comfort the views and everything about the hotel and its hosts. The breakfast will be one of the best you can have in San Miguel also made by the hosts. Truly one of our best experiences yet. We will return to this same hotel when back in San Miguel.

An oasis in the middle of an oasis
Las Terrazas was everything I hoped it would be and more. Every apartment on the property is beautiful and the sunsets on the rooftop looking down at the city were downright magical. I felt so at peace here. And best of all are Rocky and Gwen, the couple who oversee the property -- they were so kind, thoughtful and fun. My friend and I had a blast hanging out with them on the roof. They feel like new friends who I can't wait to see again. San Miguel is one of the most breathtaking places I've ever traveled to and I will definitely be staying here again when I do. Other things of note: each apartment has its own internet router, so the wifi is pretty good. Each apartment has cable TV with US channels as well, which was welcome. Because the property is located up the hill and a few blocks away from the town square, I slept like a rock on the super-comfy bed. And Gwen's breakfasts each day were delicious and filling. Just do yourself a favor and stay here. I doubt you'll regret it.

Upon arrival we got a warm greeting from Rocky as if from an old friend. He was so nice and upgraded us to a larger room. The property is beautiful and you can tell the owners take a lot of pride in their business and keeping their guests happy. The location is great even with the hill! And the breakfasts were amazing. San Miguel is a beautiful city and staying at Las Terrazas made it even better! Thank you , Rocky and Gwen!

Great stay in this fabulous B&B. Beautiful quiet place with wonderful suites all decorated in true Mexican decor. Lovely gardens and terrace with stunning view of the city. Only 4 blocks from the main square. Hosts very friendly and helpful. Great breakfasts A true gem in SMA!
