Spaces/Access for Guests:
- Private indoor parking with direct access to the villa for loading/unloading.
- 1 room located on the ground floor accessible to disabled guests.
- Kitchen, dining room, and lounge located on the ground floor.
House Rules and Space Usage:
- The kitchen is available for guests and equipped with: refrigerator, freezer, microwave, conventional oven, dishwasher, tableware for 20 guests.
- Rooms and bathrooms come with a full set of linens. - Linen change is included every 7 days or upon request for an extra cost.
- The pool is open from June to October (not heated).
- Pets allowed upon request, for a fee, and subject to acceptance of the regulations.
Additional costs: €5 per person per day for tourist tax.
It is strictly prohibited to organize parties. Any background music must be turned off by 11 PM.
A security deposit will be required and withheld in case of:
- breakages/damage to any furniture, crockery, or structure
- improper waste separation failure to comply with the rules included and accepted by signing the rental agreement.
