The property is in an ideal centralized location, but the surrounding area, which is out of the hotels control, is very seedy. There were domestic disputes that we could hear. It's too bad the area is so ghetto.

You should close this place.......
This place is Bad! It really should be closed. The area is not safe. Neither is the building. People obviously smoke in the rooms. My pillow case, freshly cleaned by the maid, had cigarette burns in it. Enough said......

I wouldā€™ve given them a five star, but I had issues with late checkout. I requested a late check out from the day. I arrived until the day I was departing it was granted, but I had housekeeping, knocking from before regular check out time up to until the time I was supposed to be checking out I also had front desk calling me, so the whole purpose of me sleeping in was defeated. I was pretty annoyed by the disturbances.

The hotel tried to charge my card before i even got to the room. I keep my cards locked until i use them, so since they couldn't charge my card without my permission theg canceled my room. I chose the option to pay when i arrived, not before. So the hotel canceled my room, then i had to drive back home 2 hours away cause i couldn't secure a room for the holiday weekend cause everything was extremely high cause of memorial day. I very much upset about the whole experience cause it cost so much money to drive back and forth this weekend. Very unacceptable.

Room seemed clean but old. Way overpriced! Blanket not much thicker than the sheet. Had to double it up. Woke early, thinking it was morning because of the bright lights outside the room lit the room with no way to keep out. Host was friendly and kind.
