Everything is very good I love the house keeping service but the front desk women she don't I have patience I went to ask spoon door was not opening I knock the door she was very angry for knocking and she said coffe will be available after 7 in the morning but was not and when I went after 7:30 she was staring me.like weird look like I was begging for that.

The “thing”at the front desk who I assume was the front desk person Was an absolute moron Rude to my family wouldn’t let them wait for my arrival in the lobby could go and on I understand the motel is your basic cheap seedy hotel establishment So I’m not suprised that they would have A miserable troll like the one I had to deal with . Never returning again

Coffee was good in the lobby/ but don’t call it breakfast. Woman at front desk not friendly. More concerned with talking to her friend on the phone both during pm check in and breakfast time. It met my needs. Chain hotel fod $40 more may have been nicer.

Pleasant, relaxing, comfortable. Good location. Forget breakfast. It's just coffee and snacks. What the....eco-friendly??? Don't know what that is or care so disregard that rating. North Bay Inn was a good choice, glad to stay there.

Good hotel and service but has freeway noise
The room was very clean and comfortable, and the hotel manager was very welcoming. Because I checked in around 6pm, I was told that the only room left was the room facing the street across from the freeway. The noise was tolerable going to be (white noise) but the sounds of freeway traffic woke me early in the morning. I'm hoping that a room further from the freeway, next time, will be more comfortable.

The shower was a horrible the shower curtain didn't work, water sprayed all over the floor every time I took a shower no bar soap no shampoo just a little dispensers that didn't work couldn't figure out how to turn the hot or cold water on, the air conditioning didn't work too hot or too cold the woman that checked me in was not very nice at all especially when I ask for another room she refused even though the hotel was empty. The housekeepers were wonderful they cleaned up the mess in the bathroom every day I wish I could get my money back from the hotel that's how bad it was! I was so uncomfortable there wasn't even a chair to sit on, there is a desk chair but who wants to sit on a desk chair to watch TV. Oh the window blinds on the windows were all broken so you close one and all the levelers wouldn't move you had to do each one individually because they were all broken on both windows, and every time I closed the door I had to slam it really hard or I didn't close the key was inadequate also. And another thing, no place to plug in my electronics everybody has a phone nowadays and everything else that's plugged into those things the only Outlet next to the bed had the lights plugged into it it was an unbelievably bad stay! Please help me get my money back thank you
