Very large 3 bedroom penthouse apartment with 2 large sun terraces. Located in the prestigious San Roque Golf club estate. All bedrooms have very large ensuite bathrooms with plenty of space throughout the apartment. The lounge has a very comfortable sofa bed which can be made into an extra double bed on request. Additional dining table and chairs on the ground floor terrace. Choice of 2 communal swimming pools - one with an extra kids paddling pool. Both terraces have an uninterrupted view of the Mediterranean Sea and the 5th green and tee box.
Only a 5 minute walk to the magnificent San Roque clubhouse. Guests are welcome to dine in the clubhouse and bar. Satellite TV with hundreds of international channels
San Roque is a golfers paradise. With 2 championship courses (previous Spanish Open venues) and unrivalled practice facilities, the San Roque club is one of the finest golf resorts in Europe.
