El hotel se encontraba en remodelaciĆ³n, es entendible algunos inconvenientes, pero el aire acondicionado no funcionĆ³ ninguna de las 2 noches que estuvimos y eso si fue incĆ³modo ya que solo llegamos a dormir y lo que necesitĆ”bamos era descansar tranquilos, se reportĆ³ muchas veces y no se solucionĆ³ el problema. A la hora de retirarnos tampoco habĆ­a sistema para que nos generaran nuestro respectivo comprobante fiscal, y la persona no sabĆ­a a quien llamar cuando expusimos el disgusto.
