What an amazing place. My wife and I were actually thrilled to find out we had no cell service and spotty wifi and internet. We were able to truly disconnect and enjoy the awesome beauty of the rugged coast and nature. All the comforts of home were available right at the resort. It had a restaurant, coffee shop, and a small market and gas station. If you are looking for beautiful peace and quiet, this is the place!

The staff were very accommodating when we asked for a room overlooking the cliffs (our booking had us in the main lodge). Room was spacious, clean, comfortable. And the views were incredible! Excellent dinner on the patio with a big firepit providing warmth on a chilly night.

Just the right place.
If it was a great stay, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The property is beautifully, there is restaurant on-site. Some people complain about the lack of cell and Wi-Fi service, but to us that was a bonus. It is a wonderful place to get away to, and we will be back.

Nothing fancy but views and surroundings were spectacular! Close to Hearst Castle and Cambria. The only thing we did not like was the room we stayed in has no air conditioning nor fans. Only 2 small windows were opened. We stayed there for 2 nights and my husband and I kept waking up in the middle of the night due to being uncomfortably hot. Otherwise the place is 3/5
