Guest House with horse privilege's, in the country & beautiful neighborhood.

Approx 450 sq ft 1 bed/1 bath guest house in peaceful neighborhood close to amenities. Full kitchen, living room, 65" TV, queen bed with washer/dryer. Coffee maker and coffee. Own pasture for horses (upcharge per horse and must bring own feed). Dogs ok upon approval with own fenced area. Cozy and clean! 7.8 miles to Horseshoe equestrian park!
Main home is on property, but completely separate from Guesthouse. We have horses, cattle, 22 chickens, 2 goats and 2 barn cats and our own dogs.
Barn cats may get on cars, but only leave little cute cat prints. Smoking is allowed, but MUST be outside.

Home on the farm!
What a beautiful property! Even though we just stayed one night, we loved it! The guest house was perfect! Loved waking up and going outside to a beautiful horse right out by the fence! The hosts were so nice and friendly! Would definitely go back!

Convenient and quiet stay while visiting family.
This hideaway close to family was very quiet. My wife and I decided to go with a vrbo instead of a hotel while visiting family in the area. If you love the western lifestyle, you will enjoy this guesthouse. The guesthouse was cozy and everything we needed was available for us. My wife and I were greeted warmly and felt very welcomed. It was nice to have country living so close to the busy area that we had to visit. We recommend this guest house highly if in the area.
