A fantastic location: within 5 minutes by car from the beaches and many famous attractions of Puglia such as Ostuni. Five beds, two bedrooms, one of which is in the ancient trullo. You will sleep in the trullo like a true Apulian among thick walls and stone ceilings. pool is 14m long suitable you can swim as well as cool off. An extensive garden and many areas of shade and sun. At 1500 m you will find the castle square, shops, bars and markets. .

Details. The villa is on the ground floor entirely and is composed as follows:
the ancient part includes 1 trullo with 1 double bed, 1 open and close bed suitable for 1 child and a direct access door to the garden.
The modern area includes: 1 dining room with 1 sofa bed, 1 kitchenette, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds that can be joined for 1 double, 1 bathroom with shower.
The trullo is internally connected by a corridor to the modern part.

Garden: private swimming pool, 4500 m of garden, 2 verandas, 1 toilet, outdoor shower, wood-burning oven for pizza, 1 covered parking space and 2 covered parking spaces. The garden fence is 2 meters high.

Beaches: 5 km from the beaches of Lido Specchiolla, 8 km from the beaches of the Torre Guaceto Reserve.

Where you are: in San Vito dei Normanni: a village in the Alto Salento, born around the Dentice di Frasso Castle. A real treasure chest of history. The King of Italy, Vittorio Emanuele III, stayed here. The Castle can be visited directly with the prince, in person!

Formidable lieu en été, agréable à l'automne
Très bel espace extérieur, avec un magnifique jardin arboré et une très grande piscine parfaitement entretenue. L'endroit est parfait en été. Hors saison, l'intérieur est en revanche un peu spartiate et les équipements un peu légers. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et accommodants, et l'ensemble est situé à 5min en voiture du village de San Vito, et à 30~40' de toutes les villes majeures de la région.
