Introducing Aqua, an elegant waterfront cottage nestled in the heart of Sanctuary Point, Jervis Bay. Offering ample space to accommodate 6 guests over 3 generous bedrooms; Aqua will provide the perfect base from which to explore the Bay and Basin.

Unwind in the spacious living areas boasting breathtaking water views or retreat to the converted garage studio, an ideal sanctuary for teenagers or additional guests. Outside, the expansive covered deck sets the scene for alfresco dining and relaxation, while the charming 'Gin Bar' caravan offers a quaint retreat.

There is much to see and do in beautiful Jervis Bay and St Georges Basin and Aqua is situated right amongst it: swimming, snorkelling, paddle boarding, hiking, surfing, fishing, exploring National Parks, dolphin/whale watch cruising and much more.

Living 1 - A large open plan space with breathtaking water views, dining for 6 and lounge seating for 6 with a large Smart TV and AC.
Living 2 - The converted garage studio has a further lounge space with TV & AC - an ideal teenagers retreat!

A washing machine and dryer are located in the garage.

Outdoor

A large covered wooden deck with stunning water views, gas barbecue and dining for 6. The 'Gin Bar' caravan makes an ideal spot for both grown up and kids to relax and play!

Linen

Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. You will need to bring your own beach towels.

Pets

This property is suitable for pets and has a secure, fully fenced section of yard, however they are not allowed in bedrooms or on the furniture. An additional cleaning charge may apply if the home is left untidy due to your pet. You will need to ensure your 4-legged family member has been treated for fleas and ticks prior to arrival.

Other

The lower section of yard is completely open and leads to the water so any children or pets must be supervised at all times.
The adult kayaks and SUP's are not for guests' use. The childs kayak may be used at own risk.
