Great location for our visit
The location was great for our visit and day trips to Heidelberg, Baden-Baden and Strasbourg. It was a very easy drive back to the Frankfurt Airport on our day of depart. The front desk staff were wonderful and on the one occasion we needed assistance with and issue they response was very quick. We would recommend the rental and would stay again in the future.

Property was exactly as advertised and perfect for the number of people we had. Very clean and well furnished. I made a mistake in the booking dates, but fortunately we were able to add the extra day with no problem . Would stay there again without hesitation.

Fantastic stay for Euros from Scotland!!
Property as described - if not better. All you could need - spacious - clean and all worked well for our group of 7 people. Public transport accessible and east to travel into Mannheim or Heidelberg. Can't beat the value - very pleasant stay in a quiet area. Would highly recommend for a small group or family. Thank you so much!

We had a very nice stay, a nice house with plenty of room in the bedrooms and living room. The bathrooms where nice and there are some nice restaurants nearby and grocery stores. The twin beds are a little bit on the small side if you are sleeping in it with somebody other that your spouse (for example, a friends trip) if you are uncomfortable with that. For our group that wasn't really a problem though, thank you for having us!

Wohnung ist mehr als o.k.Preis Leistung super.Ein Nachteil war der Geruch aus den Toiletten was nach Meldung bei dem Hausmeister sofort behoben wurde.Alles im allem kann ich die Wohnung weiter empfehlen.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft für große Gruppen
Die Unterkunft hält, was sie verspricht. Es gibt 4 vollwertige Schlafzimmer mit jeweils 1-2 Doppelbetten, sie ist modern eingerichtet, hat einen Balkon, eine vollausgestattete Küche und 2 Bäder mit Dusche und Toilette und eine extra Toilette. Internet und TV haben ohne Probleme funktioniert. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert, schnell und gut. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist aus meiner Sicht sehr gut!

Super Aufenthalt, tolle und sehr große Wohnung, Busanbindung gut, Rewe direkt vor der Tür mit langen Öffnungszeiten, sogar Raclette und Grill etc. vor Ort. Einzig ein Schneidebrett sowie ausreichend Wassergläser wenn man mit 14 Personen anreist wären noch hilfreich. Gerne wieder!

Viel Platz für alle und alles
Wir waren eine Woche zu viert hier, dafür bietet die Wohnung natürlich sehr viel Raum, sodass man alles gemeinsam tun kann, aber auch Rückzugsmöglichkeiten hat. Die Gastgeber im benachbarten Hotel waren jederzeit ansprechbar und halfen umgehend. Top! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig, der Grieche nebenan ist sehr gut (unbedingt reservieren!). Liegt halt in einem Gewerbegebiet, was aber nur stört, wenn man sich hieran generell stört. (Laut war es nicht!) Wir haben uns eine Woche lang sehr wohlgefühlt.

Hervorragend geschnittene Wohnung für uns 8 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder
Aufenthalt gut! Sauberkeit auf den ersten Blick tipptopp aber unter den Betten unter dem Sofa auf den Heizkörpern viel Staub. Es funktionierten nicht alle Herdplattten gut. Es gab leider keine Auflaufform, leider kein mülltrennsystem in der Wohnung. Sehr nettes Hotelpersonsl hat uns zum Frühstück eingeladen.Leider Geruchsbelästigung in den Badezimmern vom Siphon. Schöner Spielplatz gür die Kleinkinder am Haus und in der Nähe! Tierpark 10 Autominuten oder 20 min ÖPV überhaupt gute Anbindung an den Nahverkehr! Rewe fussläufig👍 Wir waren zufrieden!

Sehr schönes Wochenende mit Freunden
Wir waren grundsätzlich sehr zufrieden mit der großzügig geschnittenen Unterkunft (riesen Gemeinschaftszimmer, große Zimmer und zwei tolle Bäder). Allerdings waren die 140cm breiten Betten doch (trotz enger Freundschaft) etwas zu schmal für unseren Geschmack. Die Wohnung enthält grundsätzlich alles, was man braucht und was nicht verfügbar war haben wir entweder an der freundlichen Rezeption erhalten oder im nahegelegenen Rewe besorgt. Die Umgebung läd nicht gerade zum Spazieren ein, das war für uns aber okay.

Super schöne und große Ferienwohnung!
Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in dieser Ferienwohnung! Sie ist echt schön groß und fast zum verlaufen… ;-) Alles modern und großzügig… Ein riesen Balkon, kleiner Spielplatz auf dem Innenhof, viele große Fernseher - es fehlte uns an nichts. ;-) Durch das angrenzende, dazugehörige Hotel, hat man die Möglichkeit für ein Frühstück und dank der Rezeption immer einen Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Eine nicht funktionierende Heizung wurde so innerhalb einer Stunde zur vollsten Zufriedenheit sofort repariert. Unsere einzige, unschöne Entdeckung war jedoch eine benutzte Babywindel hinter einem der Fernseher! Das geht leider gar nicht und hätte durch die Reinigung eigentlich entdeckt werden müssen. Die Doppelbetten haben nur eine Breite von 1,40m! Wer also mit 12 Personen anreist, sollte das unbedingt beachten! Wir hatten mit 6 Personen aber vorzüglich Platz und können die Wohnung wirklich nur empfehlen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung für größere Gruppen
Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich riesengroß und verfügt über einen tollen großen Balkon. Im Moment ist alles noch richtig schön, da alles ziemlich neu ist. Die Betten sind für mich für zwei Personen zu klein, aber sehr bequem. Aufgrund der Vielzahl der vorhandenen Betten konnte ich jedoch ausweichen. Die Küche ist an sich gut ausgestattet, nur Gewürze und Salz sind nicht vorhanden. Es gibt jede Menge Kinderzubehör, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Wäscheständer und sogar einen kleinen Spielplatz direkt vor dem Balkon, den die Kinder nutzen können. Die uns zwei Familien mit kleinen Kindern war also alles da. An der ein oder anderen Stelle wird es sicher früher oder später Probleme geben, da z.B. die Dusche nicht richtig abläuft. Dafür kann zwar nur der Fliesenleger was, aber dadurch wird es ja nicht besser. Etwas verwirrend ist die Aussage 10 Minuten bis zur Heidelberger City. Bis zum Bahnhof mag es vielleicht noch zu schaffen sein, aber bis in die Altstadt ist man mindestens 30 Minuten eher 45 Minuten mit dem Bus unterwegs.

Die Unterkunft war für und als 7 Köpfige Gruppe perfekt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Nähe zum Einkaufsmarkt war zusätzlich sehr praktisch. Der Empfang und Service war auch sehr gut.
