A nice surprise

From the outside, the Quality Inn appears outdated and the BIG Issue is it doesn't have an elevator! However, the staff is friendly and the location clean. The my double bed room had a lot of space too. The convenience of a coin washer and dryer was a nice touch.

It was ok. I stayed for a work trip and was unaware that every night there would be a drag race in front of the hotel and sirens. I didn’t have the complimentary breakfast. If you want to make friends here, just sit out on the little bench out front. There are quite a few long term guests that stay at the Quality Inn and most of them are nice people. All food options close by are closed after 10.

I think they update rooms constantly. New bedspread and linens. Loved the lighted bathroom mirror. Blow dryer with a night light. I’ve always pushed for a night light in the bathroom!

They really need to work on their breakfast. It’s pretty bad. My AC unit was starting to make noise near the end of the stay. That was kind of annoying. However, they are very nice there maintenance people the cleaner people the front desk people. They’re all very nice. I’ve stayed there twice so, it’s not bad.

I had a reservation through Expedia, but when I arrived, I was informed that my reservation had been canceled without my knowledge. I never called to cancel, nor did I receive any notification about it before then. As a result, I had to rebook my stay directly through the hotel for quite a bit MORE per night. I explained my situation to the staff, but they were unhelpful and did not acknowledge the inconvenience caused. Given this experience, I won't be staying at this hotel again
