110-year-old fully remodeled cozy Sandpoint Charmer in a great, quiet location.

This beautiful historical home was remodeled (8 years ago) to include modern conveniences, new HVAC and appliances. It is fully furnished and conveniently located in one of the best, peaceful neighborhoods in north Idaho. Generous gourmet gift basket provided upon arrival with fresh ground coffee/selection of teas, organic cream, fresh fruit and other goodies. Walk two blocks to excellent dining locations or cook a fabulous dinner in the mini gourmet, generously equipped kitchen including granite counter tops, a six-burner professional range with pot-filler faucet, and two sinks.

Luxurious granite and travertine full bath has an oversized bathtub/shower, where you can soak in a hot tub with complimentary luxury bath products and Dr. Teals soaking salts (or unscented and baby products upon request).

Sleep restfully in the queen-sized master bed with cotton linens, bedcoverings, and comfy pillows (non-allergenic options available upon request). Other guests will be sleeping comfortably in the second bedroom bunk bed (full on bottom/single on top).

Books and sanitized toys are also available for the children in your family/group).

The large living room has a pull-out queen-sized sleeper sofa (fully dressed for a comfortable night's sleep) and a large-screen smart television for viewing pleasure.

Enjoy resting in the secluded backyard patio where you can sit around the fire pit and cook dinner on the propane BBQ (ice chest also available)—conveniently located within walking distance (2 blocks) to oldtown Sandpoint shopping, entertainment, restaurants, City Beach, Third Street Pier, public walking trails and close to Memorial Field (Music Festival location). Schweitzer Ski Resort Fall Festival and winter skiing is only 30 minutes away.

Large pull cargo wagon, beach chairs, towels, ice chests and beach toys are available upon request. Just bring your suitcase and awesome personality.

Although we adore pets, many clients are very allergic to them. Therefore, pets are not permitted on the premises. Absolutely no smoking or vaping.

Robin did a great job transforming this home into a fantastic getaway in Sandpoint. Could not beat the location to walk to the beach and downtown. Kitchen was very well stocked. Robin met us in person when we checked in and gave some awesome recommendations for day trips and adventure ideas. I really appreciated that old-school touch of meeting Robin to go over everything at the home. This listing if for the first floor of a two story house. The upstairs tenant was very quiet and we almost did not know anyone lived up there. The downstairs gave us plenty of room as a family of 5 and another guest. We will definitely be back to stay with Robin again.

Amazing location in Sandpoint
Our family really enjoyed our stay at this adorable house. The space was super clean and updated. Robin left us all kinds of treats and goodies. The space is a downstairs apartment with 2 other units above. We really enjoyed meeting the neighbors. We were able to walk to the lake a few blocks over and it is a walkable distance to all the downtown restaurants and City Beach. I would recommend contacting the host directly for any listing questions. We were very satisfied and will return again! Thanks so much Robin!
