Beautiful Little Apartment
The apartment was appointed exactly to my personal taste and had every single thing I could have wanted to be comfortable. Other reviews had mentioned the premium linens and comfortable bed. Both delivered and it is super clean. I would like to have known the owner had an office just across the hall. I'm a freak for privacy and felt a bit self-conscious because the gap under the entry door would definitely allow anyone to hear conversations from the hallway. The owner was super quiet coming & going, but still. That said, it is a delightful space and perfectly appointed. Most guests would usually be out & about all day. This was a working staycation for me. I was aware at different times of some construction stuff going on at the building. Sweet rental, charming neighborhood. excellent location.

This was the perfect place for our stay. The apartment is seemingly brand new and very well appointed. All the amenities one could need and more, especially a washer and dryer! The neighbor is cute and quiet and walking distance to downtown Sandpoint. Great communication with the owners. You can't go wrong here.

Spring skiing at Schweitzer
What a beautiful home and amazing location. And, to top it off Matt and Malina are just good people. From their home it is an easy walk to Lake Pend Oreille and an easy drive to Swietzer. We walked to Matchwood Brewery and Evans Brothers coffee. What a cool and eclectic town. My son and I had a blast. Can’t wait to come back!

We had the best weekend staying here. I cooked all our meals and was delighted to have a gas range and perfectly appointed little kitchen. The bed and sofa were cozy. Plenty of privacy and adorable neighborhood for a walk. Very kind owners and easy to communicate with.

We so enjoyed the location, the neighborhood, the lovely home away from home. It had everything we needed and we were only a short drive to Switzer Mtn. And we were able to drive to the swinging bridge in Montana. We will definitely stay again, when we come to visit.

Incredible stay
This property is impeccable with very attentive owners. The craftsmanship of the apartment is top of the line and the layout is perfect. We have never stayed at a property so clean and well-maintained. Matt the owner checked in on us throughout our stay and made some wonderful restaurant recommendations. This spacious apartment was exactly what we hoped for when booking our Sandpoint vacation. The amenities were endless. With the fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer, this rental had all the comforts of home. The neighbors(property owners) were very accommodating and helpful. Malina and Matt gave us several recommendations on places to visit while in town. We are already planning our next stay!

This is a lovely apartment! It was super clean, in a really cute neighborhood about a 15-20 min walk from downtown, and the hosts are wonderful. They checked on us to make sure we had what we needed, and gave us advice on places to visit. This will be the first place I check when I come back to Sandpoint for another visit.

Just perfect!
My 12 yo daughter and I stayed for a few days in this dream VRBO. The owners were so nice and the space is quiet, clean and worked out great for us! I can’t say enough about this property. The reviews I read when looking to book our trip were 100% spot on! Joanna Gaines would stay here! DO NOT hesitate booking this rental if you are looking in the Sandpoint or surrounding areas! It will not disappoint!

What a great place! And very communicative owners too. It is very modern with everything you should need. Don't be nervous about it being above the garage, we never heard anything, you would never know. We loved it and wish it was available for our next stay, unfortunately it is already rented. We loved this cute place! It had everything we needed for a long weekend in Sandpoint...even Netflix and A/C. Close to everything downtown like shops and restaurants and the beach, but we enjoyed using the kitchen to cook delicious grass fed steak from Winter Ridge Natural Foods down the street. Perfect place to hang after a day of paddle boarding or hiking.
