Ski lodge with character
Such a fun house for a large group. Lots of room for gear on the second level. We really appreciated the large gathering space with two dining tables. It was a comfortable house with lots of character. Appreciated the cleanliness. Beds were comfortable.

Overall a nice stay
This is our second time at Schweitzer Mt and first time at The Behr Inn. Communication with the owner and property management was okay. They responded reasonably quick. There were some hiccups during the stay that were eventually resolved. First, the propane tank for the grill was low and I got different responses from the mgmt co. When I called they said they’ll bring a replacement, but after 15 minutes they called back saying the grill is broken and should not be used. However we were already using the grill when she called and it was working fine so made me think maybe they just don’t want to deliver the propane. At my insistence, they replaced the propane tank eventually. Second we had an issue with the hot water because there was no hot water going to the top floor bathroom and barely on the other floors, we had to tinker around in boiler room to get it working. Third, the hot tub was not full when we got there and we had to fill it ourselves, made the whole stay less ideal. The beds are queen size beds which made things difficult for those whose kids are younger and didn’t want to sleep in the kid’s room. Overall our stay was good. We enjoyed the place and surrounding areas, the house was spacious enough for 6 adults and 6 kids.

Wonderful time!
We had 3 families staying at the Chalet ages ranging from 2-60. It had ample space and a ton of flexibility in sleeping arrangements. We had 4 cousins in the bunk room and parents in each of the three BRs. The common area was spacious and the TWO large dining tables made meals very easy. The ski in/out was simple enough once you understood the routes to take. Depending on your skill level, you'll find one that works for you. (more skilled skiers will find they have less walking). Would highly rec'd for a multi family get together.

Perfect ski house
Can’t imagine a better replace to stay for a few days of skiing. Tons of room for a group to spread out in, lots to do with the game room and piano and so convenient to get to the lifts. Love staying, here and hope to come back soon!

Great group cabin
This is the second time we stayed here for our groups annual fallfest weekend. We love the property and everything it has to offer. A short walk from the village and lots of things to do in the home. Beds aren’t very comfortable and we didn’t get a response from the host when we messaged through Vrbo. We will definitely again though!

Lovely stay at Schweitzer
My wife and I spent 5 days at the Red Behr Inn along with my sister and her family this summer. This place was perfect- lots of room, great views, and easy access to the resort and things to do. The owners clearly use it, so it had all the amenities we needed. They even provided an extra propane tank for the grill. We appreciated the hospitality and would stay again.

Amazing mountain home
My family and I enjoyed our stay at the chalet! It is cozy, yet spacious, perfectly set up for a large group. The kitchen is well appointed with everything needed for preparing and serving meals. Having two large dining tables in the common area was an excellent idea. The house was clean and comfortable. The host provided excellent communication, answering any inquiries quickly. We stayed in the summer, while attending a family wedding, but I would love to come again in the winter to ski.

Great House and Location
Really enjoyed our stay here. The house is much larger than the pictures would have you believe. Ski in ski out was very easy, maybe a 30 second walk each direction to where you can ski to/from. It was a 5-7 minute walk to the base village (bars, restaurants, shops) which we really enjoyed as well. As with any ski property, the amount of hooks is very important to my rating and this place has hooks everywhere.

Fast times in the village
Lovely stay at the Red Behr. There were lots of stairs, but that meant plenty of space for family and different age ranges to spread out. My boys loved the air hockey and pong downstairs. We couldn’t ski out or in due to conditions, but it was a short 150yard walk to the copper ridge complex down the street where it was easy to ski to and from. Great kitchen and two big tables. Everything we needed for a getaway.

Beautiful little gem
Nestled in the pines this beautiful house provided a great getaway for the family. The adults were able to enjoy quiet conversation as the kids let loose in the basement game room. Hitting the slopes was easy with the ski in/ski out setting. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

Great house, plenty of room
The house was overall great. It was a tiny bit further from the village than I would have liked, but it probably wouldn't have been an issue if it hadn't been so cold, so not anything to do with the property. The house has a lot of nice "extras" like ping pong/fooseball/air hockey, which the kids loved. The kitchen cabinets were a bit crowded and there wasn't a lot of room to store our food, but we made it work. One thing that would have made things better would be king bed & mattress upgrades in the "adult" bedrooms where possible. Overall, it was a great spot!

Fun in the snow
The pictures and description do not do this house justice. There are 4 stories and 4 bathrooms, one of the bathrooms is great for groups as there are 2 sinks, the toilet and shower are both separate so 4 people can be using 1 bathroom if needed. The lowest floor has ping pong and other games along with 2 full size futons and extra bedding. Great place for a big group. Only issue was that ski in and ski out are both a bit of a stretch. However, I will take a short walk as the house is easy to drive to and feels like you are alone on the hill when you are tucked in the house. Very peaceful.
