Reason for 4 stars is because the shower curtain was dirty from the inside. They did replace it, but their cleaning staff could've checked it before we checked in. The cleaning guy brought me a clean curtain and literally just handed it over to me. He was expecting me to install it myself, like seriously! Also, we had also asked for a rollaway bed as the beds were too high for my mom to climb, but we were told they didn't have one. What hotel doesn't keep an extra rollaway bed?

When checking in the girl was rude. Had a problem with my card. Had to come back down she just gave me this look like I was an idiot redid the cards did not apologize. Hallways carpets were dirty. Look like they haven’t been vacuumed in a week elevators hand marks, it hasn’t been clean for weeks The guy at the checkout was great very polite in the morning and very polite when I checked out

It's a nice hotels with hot breakfast. My kids love the pool with the hot tub. My three queen bed was a nice room for the family. It was perfect!

It just wasn't clean. The sink is located outside of the bathroom, which means you have to touch the doorknob BEFORE washing your hands. I shudder to think what bacteria has been growing there for years.

We stayed one night. Staff were great (very friendly, respectful, and helpful), pool was great. However, the room was a bit dirty. We noticed curly black hair in the bathroom on the floor and in the tub upon entering the room. We also had so many issues with our room’s door. Key cards not working multiple times even after going to the front desk to fix the issue (fortunately the staff on duty walked us up to our room to let us in). At other times we had issues with our door not clicking into position to secure the door (seemed like the door was not aligned properly), so we used the safety lock every time we were in the room just to be safe and double checked it multiple times before leaving the room. Kind of one of those “you get what you pay for” situations. We were just looking for a cheap place to stay on our way through Ohio to our final destination. All things considered, it was an average stay experience.
