The staff is very friendly the breakfast excellent however the rooms are outdated and the carpets need changing. The room was fine but wasn’t compl clean especially the floors. I did not complain as I was only there 2.5 days. Would I stay again yes but not long term. 3 days max

Well i would recommend it to all my friends because it was nice but at 10:20am sunday 40 minute before check out the cleaning lady walks in on my girlfriend and i getting dressed. There was a do not disturb sign up on my door and she didnt knock. Freaked me out!

Awesome - Just Dont Forget Minor Details!
Besides the amenities needing a little facelift (pool, elevator, breakfast area being small, ect) the only other critic I have is the fact that we didnt have any bathroom towels for showering upon check-in. Otherwise the room and hotel overall were clean. Super friendly staff upon checking in and out. Loved the fact that the A/C in the rooms go down to 61°F as well. Loved our stay.

Dance convention week
We had a 3 bed suite which was why we chose this hotel. The beds definitely need to be replaced. There was a wear hole in the middle of every one, but that being said the rooms were fairly clean minus some minor flaws from wear and tear. Staff was helpful and held a package for us from Amazon delivery as well. Would come again.

Hotel was fine. Room was clean biggest issue was that air conditioning unit is under the window so when you close the curtains the air goes straight up the curtains and no matter that you did this was the case. Options were to either have the outside lights shining into the room all night or deal with the air going straight up towards the ceiling making the room harder to cool.

The staff was very friendly. Christy feom the night crew front desk was very courteous. The suite we reserved was clean and spacious. We had plenty of towels *never happens* and the bathroom was clean and nicely stocked. We were pleasantly surprised how nice it was. The continental breakfast was great too! We will go back.
