Very clean hotel! I was shocked by how pristine it was for a chain hotel. The staff was extremely friendly. The cable didn’t work in my room, but I didn’t bother asking for a new room or to have someone fix it since I was traveling with my dog. Very pet friendly!!! They even gave him a treat at check-in. Would stay here again!

The hotel isn't new, but seems to be well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. Free breakfast can be overcrowded at times, and the wait for do-it-yourself waffles can take awhile. But there's several other options and they're filling and good. Overall it's one of the better hotels we've experienced.

I might be used to getting ripped off but for the price I paid I feel like this is an amazing value!! Rooms are huge , some if not all have in room jacuzzi's, not high class but perfect for Cedar Point goers

Nice hotel for the price. You can tell it's an older property and needs a bit of sprucing up. There was a youth baseball team there when we stayed and they over took the pool/fire pit area. It would have been nice to enjoy but the kids were being very loud and rowdy so we left. I know it's not the hotels fault people don't watch their kids. The breakfast was decent for a hotel. Overall I would stay again for the price and being 5 minutes from Cedar Point.

The property was well maintained. Pool and fire pit area were fun for those that enjoyed. Breakfast wasn’t the best but wasn’t terrible. Room was clean and decent beds. Staff was very helpful and checked in my text.

The staff was amazing. The room not so because the previous guest has smoked in the room. They couldn't move me. They did everything they can to rectify the issue. They even ran an ozone machine in the room for 4 hrs. As a result they gave bonus points and 1 night off my stay and I thankful for support.

TV/satellite hardware didn't work and was all disconnected and unplugged when we got into the room. The air conditioner couldn't keep the room cool, even thought it was 74 degrees outside. Bathroom fan didn't work. The room and hallways were filthy and smelled musty. The mattresses were old and very worn out and creaked loudly with the smallest movement. Will not book a Wyndham again after this experience. Just bad.

Room had a musty odor that was covered up with a glade plug in air freshener. Bathroom ceiling must have recently had a leak and had unfinished patch work. The room definitely needed a good deep clean. Staff was friendly. Continental breakfast was the same daily - scrambled eggs and a sausage patty. Breakfast area and lobby needs to be updated and has seen better days, furniture was dirty and old looking.

Close to Cedar Point, looks redone in certain areas.Room was spacious and had Dove Body Care amenities. Free breakfast free parking. Had a nice pool with fire area. From a former Housekeeper at a 4 star hotel, I would consider this 4.5/5 for cleanliness and that’s just because the bathroom had a little mold stain on the cocking in the shower. It was very nice over all. We will definitely stay here for Cedar Point visits.

Our building was dated, had water damage in the hallway ceiling and spots that looked like mould. Our room was damp the entire time. We had to turn the A/C on to keep the dampness down, so it was very cold and still quite damp. There was no fan in our bathroom and no place to hang up wet towels after showering. Our room had an odour as well.

Good stay overall. Staff was great checking in with us and doing their best to try to make our stay as good as it could be. Facilities are dated a bit. There aren’t any elevators so if you have a lot of luggage be prepared to carry up steps if you are on second floor. The only complaint we really have about the property was the ac in the room couldn’t keep up and cool entire space well. The hallway was also hot. It cooled off at night finally when the sun went down. But overall our stay was great.
