Refrigerator was unplugged and in the middle of the floor and still had food in it. The mattress was worn out. The staff did a good job and were friendly but the hotel needs a lot of attention. The outlets are worn out and could be a fire hazard. I wouldn’t stay there again!

There was not a television remote in our room and the television would not turn on without a remote. And they had their lawn maintenance crew out there at 8:30-8:45 pm mowing, weed eating, and leaf blowing. It was cheaper than staying in Pinehurst so I will give it that. 5/10

While , the front desk night hostess -Shari was very nice, the accommodations were horrid. The room was dirty and even the non-smoking rooms were so full of smoke that you couldn’t stay in the room. The area around the property was not safe. Very disappointed in this property as it was advertised as quite the opposite.

Only choice, but bad!
Other than the hotel dropping the price and refunding part of our money, the stay was not very good. Part of the staff was incompetent, part of the staff told my wife they didn’t even work there, and several people just walked in and out of rooms for seemingly no reason. We would never stay at this hotel again. Don’t know if they’re dealing drugs or women out of this place, but something was really off and very uncomfortable.

I didn't like the smell. Sketchy people stayed here and I didn't feel safe. At 2 a.m. the neighbors were yelling at each other and then they played loud music until very early in the morning. Wynham has normally been reliable to provide good accommodations. This was not the case with this motel. I thought that I had reserved something different than what I received. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This place gets a bad reputation because construction workers and families stay here for extended periods but we stayed in room 106 and slept like babies. The staff are really nice and friendly. I don’t have anything bad to say.

ANY PLACE BUT THIS!
After working a very long day on the road, it was thoroughly disappointing to land at this Baymont which felt like a gun zone. Check-in was rough as it appeared that my reservation was no good. After haggling that out, I got to the room and felt like I was at the dump. My wife called Hotels.com to complain and alert them that this place is not worthy of any kind of good rating.
