Authentic mediterranean cottage in magic Ibiza, welcome to La Divina Casita

After winter, spring arrives waking up the whole island where La Divina Casita is located. Its a charming, peaceful holiday villa tucked into Ibiza's mountains. Surrounded by beauty and silence, the property is only a 10-minute walk to a lovely, soft-sand beach, Cala Vadella. The small ibicencan-style cottage is ideal for couples, with 2 terraces and a solarium. La Divina Casita is also very close to the most stunning beaches in Ibiza such as Cala Carbó, Cala Bassa and Cala Comte (recently named one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe by Trip Advisor).

The villa - with 40 meters downstairs and another 40 upstairs - has a master bedroom that opens up to a sunny balcony. The cottage features, all the amenities to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable: one and a half bath (including bathtub), beach towels, cotton linens, television, DVD player, microwave, coffee machine, air-conditioning (downstairs), hair dryer and beach chairs. The white and blue-trimmed exterior reflects the classic Ibiza Mediterranean style, as does the sunny terra-cotta and wood interior.

Over the years it's owners have carefully shaped it's character and identity following the authentic Ibiza decoration style, creating the ideal combination of taste, simplicity, functionality... and ibicencan magic atmosphere.

The airy inside is complemented by comfortable furnishings - the details will charm you - where you can relax as you take in the greenery and forest breeze rippling down the sylvan hills in front of the mystical Es Vedrá island, which legend says is home to mermaids and sea-nymphs.

You’ll marvel at the island’s most breathtaking sunset as it glows below Cala Vadella, where you can enjoy a succulent grilled local fish and crisp white wine in one of the beachfront restaurants. Back at the cottage, a nightcap on the wood-canopied terrace is the perfect prelude before retiring upstairs where clear views of the star-surrounded moon will lull you to sleep. If you prefer to stay out and enjoy the famous Ibiza nightlife, that too is possible.

Lovely week at La Divina Casita
We just spent a great week at La Divina Casita. Just what we wanted. Patricia was very helpful and quick to answer all questions. Lovely little beach is about 15 walk with a good selection of restaurants and a little supermarket which was enough for our needs.

Very relaxing & in a quiet and beautiful area. The house was clean & perfectly designed. The little kitchen has everything you need to make light meals & packed lunches. The bed is really comfy and lovey to have the little balcony just outside. It’s about a 10 minute walk to Cala vadella beach. With lots of choices for eating. Our favourite was la santanera grill and the pizza place on the front. There’s also a yoga shack on the beach they do paddle board yoga. Patricia was a lovely host & made sure we knew all the details of how to get in etc well in advance. Thanks Patricia x

Amazing!
We had the most fabulous stay at La Divina Casita. The house felt like a home and Patricia had gone to every effort to ensure it was fully kitted out with cooking utensils, homewares, towels and plenty of glasses etc. The 3 separate terraces were amazing and we sat out and ate/drank on several of the nights. It is so tranquil in the neighbourhood making it a very peaceful, calm and beautiful setting. The only thing I have to comment on is that the bedroom got very hot at night with no fan or air con- if this was solved then the property would be totally perfect! We would highly recommend and 100% come back to stay again. Patricia kept in touch the whole way making the entire process smooth from start to finish. Thank you!

A home from home
The house was really homely, clearly loved and well equipped. We spent more time there than we expected as it was so comfortable. As 2 adults we loved the quiet and the privacy and sank into a really relaxing break. The beach was a short walk in but up hill back was a bit much during the day! We had a car and usually went off somewhere at some point in the day, whichever way we went, we always found another amazing bay, view or restaurant, bliss! Hope to get back there soon...

Eine an sich geschmackvolle Einrichtung, allerdings besteht ein erheblicher Renovierungsmangel. Die veröffentlichen Bildern zeigen nicht den derzeitigen Zustand. Problematisch ist, dass im oberen Stockwerk, wo sich das Schlafzimmer befindet, keine Durchzugsmöglichkeit ist und keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist. In einem überhitzen Raum zu schlafen ist an sich schon schwierig. Kommen dann noch die vielen Moskitos mangels Fliegengitter dazu, dann werden die Nächte zur Qual. Das Nichtvorhandensein eines WLAN rundete den negativen Gesamteindruck ab.

De ligging van het appartement is vrij afgelegen. Midden in een woonwijk. Het was lastig te vinden. Mede omdat daar t internet niet goed werkt. De woning zelf had helemaal geen wifi. Het dakterras nodigde niet uit om daar te gaan zitten. De stoelen op t balkon zijn erg gammel en het uitzicht is niet bijzonder. Je kijkt tegen een paar dennenbomen aan. De woning was wel goed schoon. Het dichtbij liggende strand ( 4 min met de auto) is een van de leukste baaitjes van het eiland vinden wij.

Divina casita is very nice
Divina Casita is very nice and quiet place. Perfect if you want to have a quiet holiday. The house is fully equipped. To reach the place and all the beaches do you need a car. Patricia was a lovely host helping us with all the information we needed.

Hi Patricia, concerning our stay in Divina Casita has not been how we hope. We came in Ibizia 4 times in the last 6 years and we lived in different beautiful houses, but I’m sorry the Casita is for sure unconfortable. The main problem is the house is dirty, for me very dirty. We can not leave in the 2 terraces also for this reason and also on the top of the house…there are only 2 small chairs and nothing else!!!! In the bedroom there’s not airconditionair and it’s not possible sleep inside. We have use the Casita only to make shower and sleep on the sofà. There isn’t Wifi and the phone doesn’t work inside the house. All The door and window are broken…safety is not garantee…The TV dosen’t work also. We are not happy for sure. I’m sorry but we can write a good feedback… adios…

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad, het huisje voelt idyllisch aan, zag er prima uit en was heerlijk schoon. Patricia communiceert prettig en was heel duidelijk over de check in/check out. Wellicht ook belangrijk, de omgeving is heel rustig, maar wel een beetje afgelegen, daarom wel aan te raden om een auto te huren. Conclusie, zeker een aanrader!

Patricia ist eine sehr liebe Gastgeberin,sehr bemüht,das sich ihre Gäste wohlfühlen.Der Anfahrtsweg ist von Ihr,gut beschrieben.Wir haben uns Wohlgefühlt im Haus.Die Lage ist sehr ruhig.Man ist auf ein Auto angewiesen.Einkauf,Strand ist zu Fuss zu weit entfernt.Das Haus ist geräumig und Zweckmässig eingerichtet.Die angepriesene Dachterasse ist leider nicht ansprechend und auch viel zu heiss,ohne irgendwelchen Schatten.

Wat een heerlijke plek, fijne rustige omgeving , de stilte is top en het uitzicht adembenemend. Wat hebben wij hier een fijne week gehad. Parricia loodste ons zonder problemen door de sleuteloverdracht. Het huisje is Tiny maar van alle gemakken voorzien, ook een airco, die in deze HETE zomer onmisbaar was, alleen boven geen airco waar de slaapkamer zit, daar staat een ventilator, dus boven bloedheet maar ik zelf heb heerlijk geslapen met de deuren open keek ik zo naar de sterren vanuit mn bed., en genoot van de stilte. Cala vadella beach is echt het leukste baaitje van het eiland, knus en met leuke barretjes , restaurantjes en shopjes. Kortom : top huis en top host Een aanrader

Perfecte!
Hele fijne ervaring in dit toch wel behoorlijk huis! Alles tot in de puntjes is er te vinden, blender, koffieapparaat, föhn etc. Als er wat was konden we snel contact leggen, tips en vragen zijn beantwoord. Rooftop is zeker een must om te bekijken ;) Thanks Patricia!

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Appartement
Das Appartment liegt am Hang in der Nähe der Cala Vadella und besticht durch seine 2 Balkone + Dachterrasse mit toller Aussicht auf die Es Vedra. Man benötigt allerdings unbedingt ein Fahrzeug (Auto/Roller). Die Vermieterin selbst lebt auf dem Festland, hat sich aber von Anfang an um uns gekümmert und war jederzeit ansprechbar. Selbst als wir ein Problem hatten, hat sie sich eingesetzt und uns aus der Ferne helfen können. Ich kann dieses Appartement jedem empfehlen, der auch die Schönheit und Ruhe auf Ibiza genießen möchte. In der Nähe gibt es eine Vielzahl traumhafter Buchten und Strände - einfach eine tolle Lage!

Heerlijk verblijf
Wat een heerlijk verblijf. Mooi appartement, zeer compleet. prettig contact met de vriendelijke eigenaar Patricia. Prachtige omgeving, rustige, nette buurt. Op loopafstand van het strand, maar een auto is zeer aan te raden. Uitstekende horeca rond het strand van cala verdella. Wij komen hier weer terug!

Schönes, gemütliches Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen
Patricia ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin. Die Kommunikation lief einwandfrei ohne Verzögerung und sie war stets super nett und hilfsbereit. Uns erwartete eine schöne und gemütliche Unterkunft in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Ideal zum entspannen und maximal 15 bis 20 Minuten zu einigen der schönsten Buchten und Strände entfernt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl bei Patricia gefühlt und konnten super gut ausspannen und die Zeit genießen 😀 Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder wenn wir dürfen.

La hermosa casita
La casa es al estilo ibicenco y realmente es encantadora, decorada con mucho cariño y está ubicada en una urbanización tranquila de Ibiza, perfecta para descansar y disfrutar de todo lo que hay alrededor. Me quedé enamorado de la casita, de la zona y de todo lo que puede ofrecer la isla, sentí la verdadera esencia de Ibiza. I Love it!
