Great stay
Property exactly as described with everything provided to have a comfortable stay. Lina was excellent with communication and kindly offered to get some essential shopping for us before we arrived because of our late flight. The Property was clean and the check in was efficient and friendly. Quiet neighbourhood and only a short drive into Playa D'en Bossa and Ibiza Town. Supermarkets only a 5 minute drive away. Would definitely stay again.

Nice villa. Lovely host!
This worked well for us and our 3 children (4,7,&9). The layout is nice and open. Great size garden & pool. Location was great. I was worried about the airplanes, but it didn’t bother me. Only downsides for me were not much shade outside by the eating area, I could have used some serving platters and larger cutting boards (things for serving a nice meal really), and the bbq area isn’t a straight forward bbq I’m used to. Lina the host was great! Super responsive! Got us some speakers for playing music after I asked! Met us at our arrival time, etc.

Everything We Hoped For!
Lina has thought of everything that we might need during our stay here - there were spices in the cupboard and laundry soap for the washing machine... towels to use by the pool, and hair dryers in the washing machine. She was such a good communicator, and got back to us very quickly when we had any questions! I'm not sure if we'll get back to Ibiza (we're from Canada) but I will proudly recommend her and this property to anyone I know who might be visiting the island! We had a delightful stay, feeling very secure and cared for. Thanks, Lina!

Fabulous well equipped villa
We had a fabulous 2 week stay at this villa - we chose it particularly as it had a large pool and it didn’t disappoint. Nice and deep one end and steps for easy entry the other. Lovely gardens and plenty of car parking space. Villa is well equipped and nice and light and spacious.. great having a washing machine. The villa is positioned in San Jordi which is a little Spanish town so it was great being out and about and felt like you were properly enjoying Ibiza rather than some of the super touristy areas. Supermarkets pharmacy and some nice bars and restaurants are a short walk but we did get a car as we attempted the bus to the old town and it took forever!! Would totally recommend and we would be keen to go again. Only one small improvement could be the addition of a couple of full length mirrors

This property met all our needs with great outside space, and well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms.
A great place to stay and convenient location. The new taxi app TaxiClick worked very well, and enabled us to do everything we planned without hiring a car. We would definitely stay here again if our group size is six or less.

Such a lovely place, especially for the price. Lina was incredibly friendly and had the place spotless for when we arrived. Left us to ourselves after an informative introduction. Needed nothing more. Location wise I would advise renting a car as not many taxis or buses are around. Will be back soon for sure

Had a great time at the property and it is well equipped and you are set up well from the start with essentials things like plenty of spices/condiments in the kitchen saves a lot of self catering expenses. Good to be able to walk into the village and good for the southern beaches and south of the island would recommend

Thoroughly recommend!!
From the start Lina was very easy to deal with, quick to reply to all of my questions and very helpful. The villa was cheaply priced compared to MANY other villas I looked at on Ibiza. The villa is very large, clean and comfortable and has everything you need. The pool is HUGE and really warm. The location is perfect, 10 minutes walk from approx10 restaurants, (try Es Timbal restaurant, great food and service and not expensive) a coupe of bars and a supermarket. All other resorts on the Island are only half an hour away in the car, or on the bus. If I may suggest anything it would be that it would be nice to have a full length mirror upstairs . I would definitely recommend the villa, but do take mosquito spray!

Ibiza Birthday break
Just returned from a 4 night stay at this property. Great place to stay, slightly out of the major towns but so quiet for relaxing and soaking up the sun. The Villa was clean and tidy and was much bigger than expected. The outside area was extremely large, great pool, table tennis, etc. The owner Lina meet us on arrival and explained everything about the Villa. Lina was also available by phone/text if we needed any help with taxis, supermarkets, busses or anything, really nice. I will definitely be going back to Ibiza and will definitely be stay here again, thanks Lina x

Cannot speak highly enough of this villa. Lina was fantastic all the way through and was available on our arrival at the villa. The beds are a bit uncomfy and the mosquitos at night are a pest but other than that, it’s greag value and I will definitely stay here again

A spacious house with caring host
Thank you for a lovely stay. As a host you were always keen to help however this wasn't needed as everything was provided for and worked just fine! The house is low maintenance to look after and is very secure with electronic gates and a house alarm, giving you piece of mind whilst you are out. There is lots of space around the house with a table tennis table, a swing, a bbq and lots of garden. The pool was very clean but cold, you warned us it would be! We had a great time, we hope others enjoy it here as well!

The house was very tidy and clean. It's located near the airport and the surrounding area was quiet and peaceful. The host was kind and ready to answer all our questions. Not many taxis pass nearby so we had to either call them or walk 10 minutes to stop one, otherwise renting a car will do.Highly recommended!

Tolle Finca mit schönem Pool und großem Grundstück
Es ist alles genauso schön wie auf den Bilden. Es fehlte an nichts und wir hatten eine super Zeit. Auch ohne Auto möglich. Taxi kam immer recht schnell. Zum großen Supermarkt geht man 15 min. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
