ISOLATED HOUSE OVERLOOKING THE VALLEY AND THE SEA

The house is fully equipped. It has an infinity pool, consists of 4 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 toilet, laundry room, full kitchen, parking area for several cars, porch, outdoor bathroom, terraces with beautiful views of the Salinas. In addition, there is a paddle surf board and several snorkeling masks available that can be taken to the beach, a large tranpoline for children, a ping pong table.
Perfect place to walk and relax. There are no neighbours, only a country house nearby, total privacy, no cars, ideal for families with children.
Also for nature lovers, the house is located in a valley surrounded by fields and forests, with paths for walking and spectacular views of the salt flats and the valley.
IT IS TOTALLY PROHIBITED TO HAVE MULTITUDINARY PARTIES and play music at an unacceptable volume that disturbs the neighboring house.
It is just a few minutes from several coves and beaches such as "Las Salinas", "Sa Caleta" or "Cala Jondal" (Blue Marlin Beach Club) and from the ruins of the Phoenician settlement of "Sa Caleta" cataloged BIC. It is also close to Ibiza town, approx. 10 minutes away.
The owner can manage all kinds of services, such as rental car, boat trips, water sports. Also, as a local, he can advise you on where to eat and what to do on the island at all times.

Wonderful Villa
We had a lovely stay in this rental. The host was super friendly and helpful and was great at responding promptly to any of our queries. The villa itself looks as it does in the photos and the layout is great for an even larger group than ours. There were 3 of us on this trip but you could of course manage a lot more with 4+ bedrooms. We spent most of our time by the pool overlooking the bay but it was easy to drive to Sa Caleta beach which is very close by. The beds are comfy - I think memory foam mattresses. Bathrooms are clean and ensuites (2) are large. We had rented a car for this trip and I would recommend that for this property - taxis seem to be notoriously hard to get in Ibiza island anyway but as its a little bit more remote than most it can be tricky for cabs to find you. The TaxiClick app was a useful discovery however for those nights we didn’t want to drive - but be sure to start the process of ordering well in advance of when you need the ride. There are plenty of supermarkets/grocery stores nearby. You can even get pizza delivered from local spot. It was our first trip to the island so we drove around to get to know the different areas - everything is easy to reach within the hour. Worthwhile day trips to Portinatx, Cala Mastela, Jondal Beach, Salinas. As well as of course the old town of Ibiza. We all enjoyed our trip, the villa, the view, the quiet and the sunshine - topped off with a great host who was always available as needed. Thanks,

Great family and friends place
Very comfortable accommodation for family and friends, in a super quiet green area, very convenient location. We did rent catamaran for day trips and it worked perfect from a bay right nearby during all our stay. Nice grocery shop and Jul's restaurant are in walking or quick drive distance. Highly recommend

Stunning property overlooking Las Salinas
Our party of 6 enjoyed our stay, it was very comfortable and roomy. The pool is amazing and was in use day and night. The Villa is very close to the airport and a short drive to Ibiza Town, Las Salinas etc. Ibiza is pretty small so it wasn’t a long drive to the North of the Island. The weather was a little too hot for our liking (32c and blazing sunshine everyday), so the air conditioning provided some welcome relief. We found the Island very expensive, 190 Euros for a family of 6 to visit a waterpark etc. This and the stifling heat did detract from our enjoyment of the holiday. We also had a few problems with our chosen hire car company Class Rent A Car - who we would not recommend! The owner was excellent, polite, friendly and helpful. He was particularly helpful on arriving at airport when we were stranded without our booked car rental. Overall the Villa, the owner all excellent and we would recommend! Ibiza in terms of cost, infrastructure etc. is less favorable compared to other destinations, so we may not return to the Island in a hurry. But if you are sold on Ibiza and it’s affordable to you, this is an excellent, quiet, private, property choice away from the busier North side of the Island.

Isidoro is amazing!
We loved our stay at Isidoro’s villa! It’s got everything you need if you need really comfy beds, spaced out rooms, lots of beautiful table eating areas outside and inside, a beautiful pool and amazing location to get to most beaches on that side. It was perfect for what we needed! Isidoro was such an amazing host too — he kindly picked us up from the airport and even let us pick up groceries on his day off — thank you so much again! We appreciated it so much!

Sehr schöne Villa
Wir waren eine Gruppe von 7 Personen und hatten mehr als genug Platz. Die Villa ist sehr einfach mit dem Auto zu erreichen (12min von Ibiza Stadt und 7min von Ibiza Flughafen). Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mit Meeresblick und befindet sich in eine ruhige Gegend. Isidor ist sehr hilfreich und kommunikativ. Ich kann die Villa nur weiter empfehlen.

Wonderful villa, highly recommended
A wonderful villa with a great outside area and pool that we really enjoyed as family. The villa is quite close to Ibiza Town, the Airport, Sa Caleta beach and is a great base to explore the Island (or laze by the pool). The villa is some way off the main road slightly up hill giving great views and a peaceful relaxed environment. Isidor is a great host, very helpful and responsive. We had a fantastic stay and would love to return in the future.

Excellent week in Ibiza
A great luxury villa with an amazing view and pool area. Isidor was very helpful all week, and suggested some great beaches and local restaurants. We hired cars which is recommended as you can tour the area -which is stunning. The villa is in a really good location - up in the hills just outside Playa den Bossa and near Sa Caleta. Would recommend for families who want to be within a 10-20 mins drive of the main towns but want a quiet, well equipped villa to relax in. Could have stayed longer! Great choice for those looking to use as a base to explore the island.

Perfect villa for our holiday with friends
Our group of 3 adult couples (50s) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Isidor’s villa. The villa was immaculate, well equipped, and we enjoyed our time in the lovely pool and having our meals in the multiple outdoor areas. The views are amazing and the privacy and quiet are ideal for a relaxing getaway but it’s location is convenient: very easy to get to airport and beaches. Would recommend having a car. Isidor was an excellent host, very easy to communicate with and most helpful with any questions/concerns we had. We’d gladly return!

Had a lovely holiday here, great shop at the end of the road for all of the necessities. Easy cab service that you book through an app (just like Uber). Great owner too who checked in on us regularly and cleaned the pool daily. Not a bad word to say 😊 thanks again!

Myself and 5 friends stayed here for a long weekend. The location is close to the airport but secluded and there are lots of parties close by. There is a nice view from the villa. But speak to the owner about taxis when you arrive as occasionally we struggled to order them to the villa. The owner is very helpful and gave us lots of assistance such as receiving a food delivery before we arrived and putting it in the fridge for us. I would stay here again.

What an amazing holiday The inside of the villa is done up beautifully The pool is perfect and the views are stunning The villa is off a dirt track we didn’t hire a car and had no problem getting cabs I would recommend a car but it is not needed if you don’t as you are so close to everything Isidor is very friendly and helps with any questions you have We all would love to go back

6 of us stayed here for a 3night break just before the season started. We had a great time here, the villa is lovely, along with the views and the pool. We would highly recommend this villa to stay in. Isidor the host couldn't do enough to help us. My only suggestions would be if the BBQ could be a gas fired one, the current one could do with upgrading and I would suggest you hire a vehicle or at least a moped just to pop to the local supermarket etc. The cost of taxi's soon add up. There is a delicatessen which is about a 25 min walk away but it doesn't sell sausages and burgers etc which would have been used for the BBQ. Otherwise this is a great place to stay!

Most Amazing Villa
The Villa is stunning and our group can't wait to come back next year. Isidoro is amazing host who makes sure the Villa is perfect for your arrival. The Villa is perfectly secluded, but only 10 mins from Grocery stores and all the clubs. Trust me you don't want to pass on this house. Perfect for families
A big thank you to the owner of the villa. He gave us a warm welcome, was always available for us and very helpful. The villa was very well maintained, offered a lot of space, had a great view and our children especially liked it; large pool, space to play, fenced off so that they could play without constant supervision... All in all a wonderful vacation.
