The house is new, was completed in 2012. It has two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room, a kitchen, utility room, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The living room and the kitchen connected with a covered terrace, the kitchen connected to small covered terrace which leads you to the BBQ and the pool area. Upstairs we have two bedrooms NOW WITH AIR CONDITIONING ALL BED ROOMS, and a bathroom with shower connected to a small outdoor terrace, communicating with the bedrooms there is a covered terrace from which you can enjoy magnificent views of the sea and sunset. These floor has also an outdoor terrace with magnificent views.

Family holiday
A wonderful stay with 5 adults and 1 toddler. Very hot at midday during August but plenty of shade and space inside the villa to keep a toddler happy and occupied during peak hours. Aircon good and we all slept well. Upper floors couldn't hear toddler crying at night if woke up. Kitchen very well equipped and we cooked meals at the villa every day. Pool and garden lovely, comfortable and relaxing. Great BBQ/grill area. The area is small, easy to access. Beach is relaxed and really family friendly, spent lots of time bere in the evening with toddler. Lots of other families. Nice local restaurants and shops. You would really benefit from a car in this area. It was my first time driving abroad and I didn't struggle. Our host Antonio could not have been more welcoming. We arrived late after a difficult journey and he made us feel calm and at home right away. His communication has been excellent. Would not hesitate to recommend or book again for a family holiday.

The villa was beautiful and the pictures just don’t do it justice. Toni was a perfect host, very helpful and communication was great. Please don’t be put off by the location, the bus stop is only a short walk away. We spent all of our time around the pool area, it is fantastic. You will not be disappointed if you book. We are already looking forward to coming back again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Toni’s place. The house was perfect for 2 couples and one toddler! It was in a great location and we were able to explore so much of the island. The pool area was amazing to come home to each afternoon and Toni was so lovely to communicate with! We will definitely come back to this house and stay longer next time. Gracias Toni!!!

Relaxing, peaceful and spacious
Me and 4 friends stayed in this villa for a week and it was lovely. Lots of space to relax and eat and spread out. We never felt “on top of each other”. The pool area was so so lovely - we spent all day soaking up the sun and swimming, it was perfect. Beds were very comfortable and air con meant peaceful night sleep every night! A solid security system and double doors/windows meant we felt safe and we were always sure to lock *everything* up at night or when we left the villa. Toni was very communicative, welcoming and helpful! Few watch outs: - make sure you have citronella spray/coils/candles, the mosquitos and other biting bugs were out in full force from morning til night every day. - if you are unable to hire a car (like us), be prepared to have a lot of taxi troubles. Because the road up to the villa is unsealed, taxis won’t come up there. It meant a 30min (one way) walk to the nearest supermarket in the blazing heat or a 20min (one way) walk to the nearest beach - make sure you bring an Apple TV/HDMI cable if you’re planning to unwind in the evening with a movie. There are only Spanish and German channels on the TV.

Unforunately a problematical stay
The property itself is nice, quite simple 3 bedroom property. It is down a very bumpy unmade road, which is ok if you have a 4X4 rental (which we did). Its about a 7 min drive to Port De Torrent or roughly same to Cala Bassa. There are no road lights outside so walking anywhere isn't really advisable or safe in the dark. We did try to book a taxi one night, but the villa is so far outside of San Antonio and down this long unmade road, that we couldn't manage to explain where we were and couldn't get the app to work. We did have a number of issues - one night - complete power outage for 3 hours. Next night, all the lights were tipping and we subsequently realised that the light in the utility room was full of water, due to the shower above leaking through the ceiling. The bulb was removed, but water continued to leak through the light for the rest of our stay. On our final night, we had another complete power failure starting at midnight. We then returned to find the villa burgled. They had forced the rear patio doors open. Admittedly, we had failed to put the burglar alarm on, but the property is so far outside of San Antonio, that by the time the police would have arrived, the burglars would have been long gone. The power cut lasted until 2.00 pm the next day. The villa itself is ok, the pool area nice and clean. But unfortunately, our stay was not the peaceful one we had hoped for. The owner was very sweet and apologetic, but it got to the point where we were glad to come home.

Lots of great seating areas
We had a great week in June. The long drive down the private road to the villa is definitely worth it! It’s well tucked away behind key fob operated gates. The owner is security conscious and the house is alarmed. We didn’t really have many questions but Antoni stressed he was available if we needed him. He has another villa next door. We loved the different seating areas. And the sun beds by the pool were great. The pool is a decent size for fun and games (it’s deep for a good half the length) and we comfortably fitted two lilos. You’re literally swimming in a forest which is pretty amazing. There are tall trees around two sides of it. We moved to the balcony when the sun disappeared behind them. You can also see the sea in the distance from the first floor balcony. And the nearest beach is about a 10 minutes drive away. The kitchen has just about all of the basic requirements. The AC worked well. We didn’t watch TV as we didn’t take an HDMI cable but we didn’t have time anyway. A week wasn’t long enough!

Wonderful family stay
This is a wonderful house. We spent lots of time in it, just enjoying the views from the terraces or hanging by the pool. It feels remote but is very near the resort of Port Des Torrent. You can walk through the woods and across the rocks to Cala Bassa beach in about 15 minutes The villa is modern and probably the best equipped we've ever stayed in. We loved our time there.

Recommend hiring a car as Villa down a dusty road and getting a taxi wasn’t always easy! Antonio was very accommodating and helpful unlike HomeAway who caused so much stress over the final payment we ended up paying Antonio direct!

Perfect Villa for Family & Friends
It’s not often that I’ve stayed somewhere that looks exactly as presented in the photographs. But no filters or fisheye lenses have been used in this listing. The property is clean, bright and well maintained with a clean swimming pool. The pool isn’t really large enough for laps, but the perfect size for lazing about, cooling off & playing in. Children will need to be relatively confident swimmers as there is no real shallow end. Toddlers could quite easily have a bit of a supervised paddle on the steps leading into the water. We were two families sharing- 2 couples & 2 children. The house gave us all plenty of room to be either with or away from one another. There’s a great choice of social areas- a barbecue & dining area next to the pool, two balconies with tables & chairs, and a cozy sitting room for rainy days. Ample cushioned loungers poolside and even clothing lines to hang out swimming costumes to dry. The location is only a half an hour from the airport so if you only have time for a quick getaway it’s ideal for timesaving, though you do feel as if you are in a quiet, secluded environment and not in the middle of the action of the nearby town. The only negative experience we had was having our rental bike stolen from where it had been left by the pool. The property is gated and has an alarm system & barbed wire along the border walls. Clearly that wasn’t enough to deter thieves. It was only after the bike was stolen that we truly noticed the extent to which the owner has taken steps to safeguard the property. He clearly is making a great effort to prevent theft, but it did make me wonder about the area. Are there parts of the island that are less effected by tourists being targeted by thieves? Is it simply something that you can’t avoid on such a popular tourist destination in peak season? I don’t blame the owner for our mistake. I’d never leave my bike outside in South East London even with all of our safety measures in place. So our advice is to lock everything inside the house when you go on excursions, as you would do at home, and don’t fall prey to ‘holiday brain’ as we did. There is a safe inside too, and the windows and doors have good locks and shutters. Theft aside, this property is dreamy, clean, and easy to reach.

What a wonderful property. Im not quite sure where to start. It has everything you need, escape areas, escape rooms, fully equipped kitchen, easy to use gas bbq, immaculate, pool towels, hand soaps, and even complimentary strawberries and water for arrival. Wonderful owner and his wife have done a grand job. Would HIGHLY recommend this place.

Amazing!
This is a beautiful Villa in such a pretty setting. It was so peaceful to sit in the afternoon by the pool or evening on the either of the Terraces and just listen to the birds in the trees. We had 2 small children with us so it was nice to feel safe knowing that if they were on the terraces they couldn't fall off. Toni is a fabulous host who was a mind of information and very helpful. There is literally everything you need in the villa as well, you just need to turn up & get some food in if you want. :0)

Fab holiday home!
The house was beautiful and set in a tranquil pine forest. The pool was great and everything we needed was in the house ie bedding, towels, hand wash etc. Toni was very helpful and met us in Port des Torrent to take us to the house as we would never have found it. Great retreat for a peaceful holiday or only 20mins drive to Sant Antoni. Great holiday!

Love it! Spotless, contemporary, yet homely villa in a quiet and beautiful area.
We spent a week at Toni's villa. Toni met us at a local hotel and took us to the villa which is a bit off the beaten track. Toni was very pleasant and welcoming and ensured we had all the information we needed for our stay. There were 3 couples sharing. There is plenty of outside space around the villa in the form of balconies, pool area and gardens. This allowed for a choice of quiet time away from one another if so desired or sociable group time. We spent lots of time chilling and chatting in the very pleasant eating areas. The photos on the website don't do the property justice. The 2 upstairs bedrooms have direct access to the spacious balcony that wraps around the side and rear of the property. This balcony can also be accessed from the communal area allowing all to meet together to watch the sunsets without people having to wander through others bedrooms. The kitchen was modern and well equipped. Large fridge/freezer in the kitchen and a separate fridge in the outdoor cooking/eating area by the pool. The pool area was wonderful, quiet with sun and shade. Lying by the pool you have a sense of being miles from anywhere, but in fact you are only a 5 minute drive from beaches and local shops. I'm a real beach fan, but for the first time ever i found myself prefering to stay by the pool because it was so pretty and peaceful. It looks great when lit up at night too. The beach is a walkable distance if you are happy to travel light - too far for me as i like to take loads with me! A couple of us went for a long walk and were able to get to cala bassa and then along the coast to port des torrent. The walk to the beach takes about 25 mins. A car is highly recommended. There is everything you expect in a standard home TV, radio, cd player with aux input (no cable), hairdrier, iron, wireless, etc. The villa was spotlessly clean and in top condition. This villa is highly recommended. We will be looking at returning in the future. Thanks Toni for making our holiday a success.

Beautiful and secluded. The pictures dont really do it justice.
Everything was perfect. We all loved the pool, you also feel at one with nature as you are surrounded by trees. Very beautiful sunset at night sitting on the highest balcony. Beds were comfy and we slept so well as its very quiet. I would recommend to anybody wanting peace and quiet. A car is needed but we loved the villa so much, we only went out for a few hours each day.

We have just returned from the most wonderful short holiday in Ibiza. This Villa is absolutely perfect. Although there were only two of us and it sleeps 6 it was the perfect tranquil secluded spot. Was like a second honeymoon. Fantastic views front the terraces and sunshine all day. Although the villa is located in a dusty quiet road it still only a short drive away from bustling San Antonio. Perfect location and Toni is the perfect host. We will definitely be staying again next year although this time a little longer......

Urlaub im Paradies
Das Ferienhaus war wunderschön mit 3 klimatisierten Zimmern, vielen Balkonen, teils sogar mit Meerblick. Unseren Kindern hat der private Pool sehr gut gefallen, in dem wir gut schwimmen konnten. Handtücher im Haus und am Pool waren reichlich vorhanden. Der Pool war an der Treppe flacher bis zu 180 cm Wassertiefe. Der Tisch am Pool mit Kühlschrank und Ventilator war sehr praktisch und wurde oft genutzt. Einige schöne Strände sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Ein Auto würden wir dringend empfehlen. Mit Kindern ist es zu Fuß zu weit um zum Strand zu laufen (ca 25 Minuten) Die Kommunikation mit Toni war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein insgesamt sehr schöner Urlaub!!!! Immer wieder gerne!!!
