This ideal house, is located in cala Tarida, in a quiet and family urbanization, just 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach. The roof top will amaze you with its spectacular views and sunsets overlooking the sea and the islands of S'Espartar and Bleda (on a clear day you can even see the Spanish mainland!) 

The house is very comfortable to accommodate up to 6 people, with its 3 bedrooms. Perfect for a family with children or a group of responsible adults.
Upstairs 1 master bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 beds and a bathroom with bath, access to the roof top furnished with 2 beds, cousins and a shade canvas to enjoy the magnificent views and sunsets.
1 small bedroom on the ground floor with its 2 beds, and its bathroom with shower and toilet. A large well equipped kitchen open to the dining room. The living room overlooks the covered terrace and the landscaped garden with artificial grass, sun loungers and an outdoor shower that will allow you to rinse off after the beach, and to prepare you to enter the spa.

The highlight of this villa is its private spa in the garden, the spa is covered with a semi-opening circular dome, to offer you an ultimate relaxation experience. Guests can relax in the hot tub while enjoying views of the horizon or stars in all seasons.
The garden gives access to the large community pool, which is nearby 20 meters, perfect for cooling off on your way back from the beach. 
1 private outdoor parking, it is right next to the entrance.
Only 8 minutes drive from the bohemian village of San Jose with its shops, banks, bars, Ibiza Town, Playa den Bossa and San Antonio are all within a few minutes drive, making it extremely well located.
Tarida beach also has restaurants, two small supermarkets and a pharmacy. 
The house is equipped with air conditioning (hot and cold)

DEPOSIT: security deposit of 1000 € this sum will be returned by the website once verified that there is no damage caused in the house. Otherwise, the deposit will be used to repair the damage.

Check-out: 11am

You will have to occupy accommodation and behave like a "good father"

Careful. !
No parties, excessive noise and noisy parties are allowed. It is strictly forbidden to smoke indoors, in the spa and on the artificial grass. Area smoking is limited to terraces or rooftop terraces. If you do not respect these rules, a minimum penalty of € 500 will be applied, as well as the costs of damage and cleaning. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the cancellation of the contract

Baby cot and high chair available (included on request).
Bathrobe and complementary towels for the spa (options on request).

Final cleaning, 250€.
Clean and tidy dishes.
The garbage cans out.

For longer stays, (from 7 days) bed linen and towels are changed weekly.
If you need additional cleaning or laundry, please let us know so we can make arrangements with the company, But this is not included. 

SPA
If necessary, you will have to allow access during your stay, to a technician to ensure the good quality of the spa water.
No drinking, smoking and eating inside the spa, 
Shower and rinse sand and any cosmetics well before using the spa.
Water quality depends on proper use.
The use of glasses object in plastics is only allowed.
Taking a shower before using the jacuzzi will preserve the quality of the water longer.
The surfaces surrounding spa facilities can be slippery.
Avoid alcohol consumption while using the jacuzzi.
Maintaining the water level allows the jets to operate efficiently.
The water temperature should NEVER exceed 40°C.
A spa session should not last more than 15 – 20 minutes.
Respect at all times the maximum number of 4 people allowed in the jacuzzi.
Take a shower before and after your session.
