Calm and relax stay
we had a really good time at fabio's house. Catiuccia and Carmelo are really nice persons and we immediately felt like home with them. even if we had some little incidents like internet, boiler and so on everything was solved really quickly. we got new friends over there and is not the last time we will go there :)

La proprietĆ  ĆØ molto bella, ben curata e completa di molti comfort. La piscina ĆØ strepitosa e la casa permette di vivere all'aria aperta nella pace piĆ¹ completa, complimenti. Mi permetto di dare alcuni suggerimenti: 1. l'annuncio dovrebbe specificare meglio l'ubicazione di due delle camere da letto che non sono in un seminterrato ma in una sotterraneo. Una in particolare ĆØ piccolissima e avendo solo una finestrella (bocca di lupo) non viene aerata a sufficienza. Casa perfetta per una famiglia con i figli, ma per quattro coppie di adulti questa camera da letto non ĆØ propriamente adeguata. 2.In merito alla pulizia della casa al nostro arrivo, non ĆØ stata particolarmente attenta, cose di poco conto ma importanti se mese in paragone al costo applicato per le pulizie. Nulla da dire invece sulla loro disponibilitĆ . Un grazie alla ragazza che ha fatto le pulizie durante la nostra permanenza, bravissima e attenta. 3. Una menzione speciale va al signor Gianni che si occupa dell'esterno della casa e della cura della piscina. grande persona, disponibile educato e gentile. ci siamo fatti delle grandi chiacchierate.

Merci Ć  Sonia et Fabio pour ce superbe sĆ©jour que nous venons de passer en Sardaigne. La maison est idĆ©alement situĆ©, Ć  proximitĆ© de Porto Pino et de ses plages ou alors Ć  seulement 30 minutes des autres plages du sud de la Sardaigne. La maison est idĆ©ale pour les 2 familles de 4 que nous Ć©tions, elle est trĆØs bien Ć©quipĆ©e et la piscine, c'est vraiment le bonus du sĆ©jour, les enfants ont apprĆ©ciĆ© ! Nous recommandons vivement cette maison et n'hĆ©siterons pas Ć  y revenir lors d'un prochain voyage en Sardaigne.

Schƶne Ferien
Wir waren zwei Familien und hatten sehr schƶne Ferien erlebt. Super Ausstattung, ruhige, grosse und schƶne Anlage, 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zum nƤchsten und schƶnen Strand. Im UG ohne Klimaanlage, nur mit Ventilator und kleines, lautes WC. Niemand vor Ort fĆ¼rs Check-in, nur telefonisch. Insgesamt aber sehr zu empfehlen.

Super Unterkunft! Wir sind mit 5 erwachsenen 2 Kleinkindern und 2 Hunden gereist. Die Kommunikation war super. Wir hatten aber auch nicht viele Fragen, da alles in der Unterkunft vorhanden war. Genug HandtĆ¼cher fĆ¼r Strand und Bad liegen bereit. Das komplette GrundstĆ¼ck ist eingezƤunt, so dass man nicht stƤndig gucken musste ob die Kinder oder Hunde abhauen. Der Pool ist nochmal extra eingezƤunt, was gerade bei kleinen Nichtschwimmern ein Riesen Vorteil ist. In der KĆ¼che ist so ziemlich alles vorhanden und die Badezimmer sind super! Der Weg zum Strand ist nicht unbedingt zu FuƟ zu erreichen, aber da wir unsere FahrrƤder dabei hatten, konnte man auch mal ohne Auto los. Generell sind in der Gegend viele wunderschƶne StrƤnde die man entdecken kann. Wir waren alle super happy mit der Unterkunft und kƶnnen es nur weiterempfehlen!

Merci Ć  Sonia et Fabio pour ce super logement dans lequel nous avons passĆ© la semaine entre copains. Le logement est trĆØs bien Ć©quipĆ©, la localisation idĆ©ale pour vadrouiller dans le sud. La piscine c'est vraiment le petit + qui permet de bien terminer la journĆ©e ! Nous n'hĆ©siterons pas Ć  louer de nouveau ce logement si nous revenons sĆ©journer en Sardaigne :)

Als wir, etwas zu frĆ¼h, ankamen, haben wir erstmal die ReinigungskrƤfte (in UnterwƤsche) im Pool erwischt was wir sehr amĆ¼sant fanden. Nach der SchlĆ¼sselĆ¼bergabe haben wir uns in den zwei separaten Wohnungen eingerichtet (also davor knobeln wer in Keller geht und wer oben bleiben darf). Das GrundstĆ¼ck ist sehr weitlƤufig und es hat ausreichend Platz zum spielen und toben. Hinter dem Haus steht ein Fahrzeug mit franzƶsischer Zulassung, hat uns aber nicht gestƶrt. Was uns hingegen gestƶrt hat, sind die (3?) Ɯberwachungskameras welche auf dem Vorplatz verteilt sind und auch aktiv waren. Dies hƤtte man uns mitteilen kƶnnen, oder so schalten das sie von den Bewohnern aktivierbar und deaktivierbar sind, in Dtd. wƤre dies ein No-Go. Der Pool ist herrlich und wurde jeden zweiten Tag von Gianni grĆ¼ndlichst gereinigt und gepflegt, dies war echt weltklasse. Denn man zieht schon Schmutz rein, da ein FuƟbecken oder eine AuƟendusche fehlt. Was genial war, vor allem fĆ¼r die Kinder, war die Musikanlage am Pool, da war der PartyspaƟ garantiert. Den Rasen um den Pool hƤtte man mal wieder mƤhen kƶnnen, da doch etwas lange und stachelige GrƤser gewachsen waren. Top wƤre es gewesen, wenn man uns gesagt hatte, dass um 0.42 Uhr die Beregnung fĆ¼r den Rasen angeht, dann wƤren Klamotten und HandtĆ¼cher nicht nass geworden, aber ist ja kein Beinbruch. Wir kennen Sardinien sehr gut und kƶnnen somit sagen, mega Umgebung. Jeden Tag andere StrƤnde mƶglich (wir waren 14 Tage), schƶne kleine Restaurants in der Umgebung, nur keine wirklich belebte Stadt, in welcher man auch mal ausgiebig shoppen kƶnnte....wir hatten ja auch MƤdels dabei :-). Die Landschaft, die StrƤnde, das Wasser laden perfekt ein um Sport zu treiben oder einfach abzuhƤngen und Entspannung zu finden. Wir kƶnnen dieses Objekt nur weiter empfehlen, vor allem da wir einiges gerichtet haben, Poolliegen, HƤngematte, TĆ¼rgriffe, AbfluƟrohre, etc. :-) ...aber das ist der SĆ¼den, so mƶgen wir es...wer das nicht mag, muss ins Hotel!!! Bitte nicht von den rosa Mƶbeln am Pool beeindrucken lassen, die gibt es (LEIDER) nicht! Zum SchluƟ: Fabio du hast unsere Empfehlung!

Ruhiges Domizil auf dem Land
Wir hatten einen wunderschƶnen Aufenthalt mit zwei Familien in der Casa Alessia. Dank der vier Schlafzimmer hatten alle ausreichend Platz, wobei zwei Schlafzimmer im Souterrain liegen (Unten gibt es leider nicht genug SchrƤnke). Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist minimalistisch und nicht mehr top modern, aber sehr sauber. Besonders toll ist der groƟe Pool und die beiden neuen BƤder. Auch drei Terrassen stehen zur Auswahl und die groƟen BƤume bieten immer ausreichend Schatten. Die Autos haben genug Platz im komplett umzƤunten GrundstĆ¼ck. Der Vermieter und auch der Kontakt vor Ort ist immer super nett, freundlich und reagiert sofort. Vielen lieben Dank fĆ¼r einen wunderschƶnen Urlaub.

super sƩjour dans le sud de la Sardaigne dans cette agrƩable maison
Nous avons beaucoup apprĆ©ciĆ© cette maison qui est trĆØs fonctionnelle pour 2 familles de 2 adultes et 3 enfants. L'espace piscine est trĆØs agrĆ©able et bien entretenu . Les chambres avec moustiquaires + ventilateurs et grilles aux fenĆŖtre nous ont permis de passer de bonnes nuits sans souffrir de la chaleur. Merci Ć©galement aux propriĆ©taires qui font de leur mieux pour rendre notre sĆ©jour le plus agrĆ©able possible. Cette rĆ©gion de la Sardaigne est trĆØs agrĆ©able .
