Great all inclusive
This place was very beautiful and it is very big, so bring comfortable shoes if you are placed in a room that is far from the main restaurants and pool areas. Especially in the buffet restaurant, which has breakfast every morning but you need to reserve the day before for breakfast. It was strange that you have to make your dinner reservations at 7am every day, that is very counter-intuitive. They accommodated a reservation for our 2 people table because it was my husband's birthday after I begged even though I went right at 7am and got to the desk around 7:20, they said the restaurant we wanted was full, when we went that evening, the restaurant only had about 4 tables of people there. It was strange. If you are leaving that day they also do not provide you with water, so you are out of luck if you already cut your wristband and didn't acquire water somewhere else. Make sure to bring a water bottle or container for your drinks. Most servers were nice, a few of them could see you had been waiting to get a drink but they kept chatting with other servers. The club could use air conditioning or at least some fans because it gets extremely hot in there. Overall it has a nice atmosphere and I would recommend.

The food is not the best quality In order to book Dinner “a la carta” you have to wake up early and go all the way to the main lobby to book the Dinner. When you are there there is not too many options . Not option to book dinner online. I love the staff very nice and friendly.

The property is nice some upgrades required for the rooms. Serving staff were very nice the one plus from the property. Some of the rules for accessibility of pool towels was not good if you check-in after 5pm. They will not give you towels as that service is close, however you can use the pool until 9pm did not make sense and seemed to not accommodate guest that get there after. In addition, water bottles for room are not giving to you if you are checking out that day which is ridiculous because water is necessary and you should not have to go to a restaurant or pool area to get water in an all inclusive hotel.

Definately like the cleanliness of the place and the servers no complaining about that. Several things we didn’t like was the food didn’t have much options and taste, people offering vacation packages, and the place definately needs an urgent upgrade. This place being a resort it needs some tender loving care with more lighting and some tissues in the rooms. Nicer bath towels.

I recently stayed at your resort, and unfortunately, my experience was far from the relaxing, all-inclusive vacation I had hoped for. Having visited numerous all-inclusive resorts in the past, I was surprised by the significant limitations at your property. One of the biggest issues was the dining policy. Despite being marketed as an all-inclusive resort, guests are required to reserve breakfast, lunch, and dinner the day before. This applies even to the buffet, not just à la carte options, and availability is limited. This made meals extremely inconvenient and stressful, as I had to plan ahead without knowing if my preferred time or option would even be available. Additionally, upon arrival, we did not receive our room until 4:40 pm, which is well beyond the usual check-in time. This delay, combined with the policy of not allowing guests into the facilities before 3 pm, left us waiting outside the resort for several hours. This was frustrating and disappointing, especially after a long journey. Based on these issues, I would not recommend this resort, particularly to those looking for a stress-free, all-inclusive experience

Not a friendly, informative staff. Guests were all over the resort, lost because the front desk couldn't explain much. The staff were unfamiliar with their own facility. The people that were in the resort were not Salvadorian, many people from Guatemala and Honduras.

This is a very disorganized hotel. Employees are not cross-trained to help you in anything but the task that they do. The “all-inclusive” that they advertise is not really true. Everything is by reservation, which wouldn’t be a problem, except for the fact that it is extremely difficult to make those reservations. You are only able to reserve a day at a time at specific times during the day and the app they use does not work reliably. This means that instead or relaxing on your trip, you are constantly trying to keep track of the time (not only to make new reservations but to also attend the ones you have made). The buffets are not good at all, and the restaurants are very difficult to book. The phones in the rooms do not work and getting answers from staff is impossible (even as a fluent Spanish speaker). As someone who has traveled to many countries, I do not recommend this hotel and do not plan on staying here again. We left our reservation early.

The check in process was a hassle. Check in was at 3pm. You were not allowed on the grounds until 2:30pm so had to wait in line behind a line of cars to get in. Once you checked in you had to wait until 4:30 to receive keys for your room. Upon check in you need to make reservations for dinner. Earliest dinner time was 8:45pm and only 1 restaurant was available. This was very frustrating as there was so many obstacles to getting comfortable in the property.
