The Exceptional Ocean Getaway is infused with warm, natural light and features elegant limestone surfaces, a spacious walk-in shower, and a Waterford fireplace that evoke a romantic European ambiance.

The fully-equipped kitchen is meticulously designed with high-end appliances including a Subzero refrigerator, Wolf cooktop stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and Nespresso machine, as well as a private washer & dryer. The dining room comfortably seats up to six guests, while the private enclosed courtyard offers two table and chair sets for alfresco dining.

The living room is an inviting gathering space, featuring exquisite hardwood floors, a queen sofa bed, a 55" HD TV, two luxurious Venetian chairs, an antique Louis XV desk, and a cozy Waterford fireplace that enhances its ambiance.

In the living room, French glass doors frame views of the courtyard and the enchanting Italian fountain. Bask in the sun and indlugle in the magic of Mediterranean-like weather in the spacious courtyard, offering a gas grill, and chaise lounge seating to dine alfresco and delight in local produce.

The king bedroom includes a 40” HD TV and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The queen bedroom has an adjacent bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are newly renovated, featuring limestone floors, granite countertops, and custom Santa Barbara-style cabinets, adding to their beauty and functionality.

During your stay, you’ll be lavished with all the amenities expected as part of a perfect getaway: air-conditioning, complimentary champagne upon arrival, bath essentials, high-end linens, and a Nespresso machine with pods, creams and sugar as well as reserved parking which is rare in such close proximity to the beach.

Our luxury beach getaways —in the Historical West Beach area— reside in a historical turn of the century building which retains the charm of the day’s bygone. The building has been lovingly restored to reflect Santa Barbara's ambiance, its array of apartments revealing both romantic and European styles. Our various spaces are complemented by luxurious details from Carrera marble surfaces, hand cast plaster, 10 feet vaulted ceilings and Waterford fireplaces.

Located in the heart of Santa Barbara, you’ll be steps from the beach and blocks from Stearn’s Wharf and the harbor, world renowned dining and downtown shops, as well as the Public Market and our own local farmer’s market. Close proximity to the vibrant Funk Zone also adds to the allure. This nook where the streets meet the ocean, was was one an industrial spot, but is now a flourishing space with lively and artistic locale. The benefit of nearby bike rental shops and the downtown Amtrak station further allows for easy transportation. As you’ll be located downtown, beautiful shops and restaurants lining State Street and nearby beaches and gardens are perfect for unwinding, whereas, nearby Channel Islands and wine country prompt adventurous day trips.
