Santa Croce serviced apartments

Mario was an excellent host. He kept in contact with us before arriving with recommendations about things to do. We kept in touch about our arrival timeline and he was very accomodating and informative. On arrival we were met at the B&B by Mario and given recommendations about restaurants in the area. We were able to drop off our luggage since we were arriving earlier than check in and it was brought to our rooms when they were ready. We stayed one night and found the rooms clean and comfortable. The B&B was in a good location. Close to many restaurants and popular attractions. It was also only 15-20 walk from the train station. Breakfast was good and appreciated. We would recommend staying here on your trip to Venice.

The area is a bit noisy but we liked the location. Loved the charm of the hotel and our room was spacious and comfortable. Loved the balcony overlooking the canal!

The absolute nicest staff snd amazing customer service. Working for Mariott and having stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world I was not expecting this outstanding level of service from an independant property. Super cute and less than 10 minute walk from train station and close to everything.
