El Puente, is very bright, the room with two beds has a balcony with magnificent views and a bathroom with a window to the Avenue, The Salon also has a window to the Avenue that gives it good light, it has a sofa bed that sleep one more person.
From the Hall of the building you can access the two elevators that allow you to get to the house.

Right in the center of Santa Cruz
The apartment is quite spacy. It is located in the 6th floor of a building with 10 stories on Avda. Puente and provides a living room with a kitchen and a separate bedroom. The bathroom is accessible via the bedroom. Despite the central location in the city center and next to a main road, the apartment is mostly quiet, I never experienced noises. Some of the furniture and kitchen installation is old, however the matresses are excellent. The kitchen provides everything that is needed for self catering. I had a good reliable and fast Wifi connection. Parking anywhere close to the building is almost hopeless. There is a public garage in about 100 meters distance but it is very expensive and does not offer any reductions for long-term stay. Sometimes it is possible to find parking way up the Avda. Puente or, in most cases, next to the stadium which is about 800 meters walking distance. So it may be wiser to use public transport rather than a rental car, the bus system is cheap, well maintained and reliable, the main bus stop Parada Sur is about 10 minutes walking distance. There are large supermarkets (Hiper Trebol, Hiper Dino) available on this avenue, the Dino even opens on Sunday. There is also a Spar market right across the street. Oh yes, don't panic if you see some occasional roaches in the apartment. Altogether, I had some enjoyable weeks in this place.

Necesita una buena reforma
Lo siento pero no ha sido agradable y las cosas se tienen que decir. Ubicación buena, el resto es muy muy mejorable. No se puede hacer una instalación de agua caliente desde el termo eléctrico hasta la ducha (prehistórica) a través de todo el apartamento y taladrando las paredes...un pedazo de chapuza. Cuando abrías el grifo de la cocina se salía el agua por la conexión de la ducha y al revés, un desastre. El grifo del lavabo echaba un hilo de agua, podías abrirlo 10 minutos antes para llenar algo de agua... Para terminar con el agua, de ir que lógicamente no hay en ningún sitio más agua caliente porque la "instalación visible" solo va a la ducha, el resto del apartamento no tiene derecho a agua caliente.... El frigorífico si lo cambia ganaría bastante también, no cierra y se queda abierto, además del tiempo que tiene. Lo siento pero por lo que ha cobrado por nuestra parte puede reformar todo, es un precio muy abusivo porque a pesar de las carencias de vivienda en la isla por el volcán, los atracos de Sierra Morena acabaron hace tiempo. Ni en el centro de Madrid se paga esto por un apartamento en estas condiciones. Le sugiero arregle los cuatro desastres que no creo les cueste mucho dinero y tengan al menos el apartamento en condiciones de habitabilidad.
