Wonderful hotel! Very clean and nice. Included breakfast was excellent! Only downside is the surrounding area is not the safest. Lots of homeless very close by but the hotel parking lot is very well lit and they have cameras which made me feel much safer.

I have traveled quite a bit, what makes this place shine is their customer service not only at reception but house keeping as well. My room was very clean, I do recommend getting rid of their clothed chair. Spa worked reasonably well-its small but I was the only one in it. Some light maintenance on some of the spa jetts would make it A1. Breakfast was European style, got me started for the day.
This location lives up to its Namesake.

It was ok. Water was shut off from 9am to 11am.

hello Micheal,We apologize for needing to shut off water but it was temporary and though we announced 9-11, it was arrival time for plumber and he was done in 10 minutes. So, it was quite short, and water was back on without a hitch.

Had reservation for 2 double beds
Only had 1 queen and a very uncomfortable pull out twin couch- then came to find out no tv in the bedroom- talked to receptionist and she told me they pulled out the cable box and gave it to another room- also only 1 bath towel for 2 people
