Beautiful hotel.
We were extremely impressed with this hotel! Our room was huge and spacious (we actually had a handicap suite it was the only room left with 3 beds) the ceilings were high so it made it just feel very large. The outside of the hotel is beautiful. It’s in walking distance to the boardwalk. The protected valley parking was also a plus the food at the restaurant was quite pricey and not horrible, but very small basic portions for the cost. We never felt very full after eating and spending $100 for the three of us.

Beautiful and clean hotel,very close to the boardwalk.Breakfast was delicious. Some of the downside is only valet parking in the parking garage at a cost. Loading and unloading on main street.No complementary coffee or tea station in lobby.

Disappointing and cold experience. When we arrived to our room, we found that the room’s main heater was broken, leaving the space extremely cold with temperatures dropping below 50°F outside. When I informed the staff, they said the hotel was fully booked and couldn’t move us to another room. Their only solution was to provide a very small handheld heater, which wasn’t nearly enough to warm the entire room. Additionally, the TV was broken for part of our stay. Before I left, I asked to speak with a manager to discuss these issues, but no one was available, and I never received a follow-up call.
