Accessed via a few steps, a covered terrace leads into the lounge which is conveniently open-plan to the dining area and kitchen, making it an ideal place for families to relax together.
Each of the three bedrooms has it's own bathroom and air conditioning.
Outside, flower beds border the pool terrace, and privacy from the neighbours is created by a wall of mature plants. A built in barbecue is available on the pool terrace for you to enjoy.
Unusually for villas in Madeira, complimentary transfers from and to the airport are offered.
Access to complementary use of all facilities at the Albatroz Beach & Yacht Club, seven minutes drive away, including access to the sea, sea water pools, fresh water pool and tennis court (www.albatrozhotel.com).

Nearby
The resort of Caniço de Baixo offers a very complete set of amenities, including a couple of minimarkets, restaurants, bars, tennis and squash facilities in nearby hotels, a diving club, and the Galo Mar lido. A small promenade allows you to walk off those excessive meals, breathing the fresh sea air.
A 30 minute climb, 3 minute drive or short bus ride brings you to Caniço village itself, where you will find more restaurants and bars, a large supermarket, a small shopping centre and the Medical Centre.
Funchal is only a 20 minute drive away.

If you have a car and are driving to your villa or apartment, please follow these instructions. Using GPS will take you via old and less easy roads and unusual locations:
Leaving the airport take the dual carriageway in the direction of Funchal (road known as the Via Rápida).
Leave the via rapida at exit 16 signposted Caniço/ Caniço de Baixo.
Turn left and follow the road down for approximately 1.5 kilometres.
You will see the Marinha do Sol Apartment block on your right, turn right after these apartments (sign posted Galo Resort Hotel, Alpino Atlântico, Inn Art and Villa sol).
Follow the road and take the first left.
Then take the second road on your right named “Rua Baden Powel” and immediately right again into “Rua da Falésia (dead end road signposted Inn Art and Alpino Atlântico Hotel).
Continue to the end of this road and Villa Albatroz is the last house on your left, number 25, before you reach the cul-de-sac.
