Was just in for the night...the place was clean, seemed newly remodeled, price was definitely right, and walking distance to the Boardwalk. Pool and Hot tub both working too and with miniature golf I'd definitely stay there again. Be aware though get what you need the night before. The lobby does not open until 9:00am.

Freezing showers, weird smells
When I entered the room, it had an odd smell like decaying plastics. The mattress was lumpy, and the sheets had a blood stain. While it was quieter than both my previous rooms at other locations and had a very effective curtain to block sunlight, when I went to shower in the morning there wasn't any hot water. Also, the entire parking lot was full when I tried to park my car, so I was forced to park in the street next to the hotel, behind a fence that blocked any view of my vehicle.

For being an inexpensive overnight trip, this was accommodating. Had a little trouble checking in, but the staff was very nice. Beds were super comfortable and our stay was pleasant. Would definitely come again for a quick overnighter.

You get what you pay for
One of the most affordable hotels but also one of the most minimalist in offerings/features. Clean enough and semi comfortable but the walls are paper thin with no insulation. You can hear every conversation above, below and next door. Extremely noisy!
