Comfortable apartment in a lovely complex
The apartment was just as described and was very clean & comfortable. The air conditioning was a godsend as it was very hot weather, and the outside space was good, with shady & sunny areas. The huge swimming pool was superb and never busy, a real bonus. The complex itself was well maintained though we found it a good 20 minute walk to the nearest bars and restaurants. Communication with Andy, the owner and Karina the local representative was easy & they were both very helpful and friendly.

Amazing apartment
The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed. The pool is absolutely stunning, it is really big and was never busy.Property manager very helpful in organising airport transfers and hand over of keys even though we landed At midnight. Had a fabulous time and would definitely book again .

Great Apartment, Good Location, Excellent Communication
Ground floor apartment with private garden in a great location with a lovely large communal swimming pool. Clean kitchen and well equipped. Good to see beach towels available at the apartment. Within a 10 minute walk to the fabuolous harbour and shops and restaurants. Supermarket Mercadona only a 5 minute walk away and well stocked (opens daily except Sunday). Owner Andy very responsive to our questions and Karina was excellent during our week long stay. Karina booked our taxi to the airport which was far cheaper than the private transfers (Thanks Karina). Overall a great stay in a lovely apartment and excellent communications from both Karina and Andy.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Accommodation overall was good. Great pool although disappointed no ball games etc allowed. Only real problem was BBQ and dishwasher didn’t work. Nice walk into town in the evening with a good selection of restaurants.

Wow. What a beautiful apartment and complex. We absolutely loved our stay at Andy's property
We stayed for a fortnight in May with our two small children and the apartment was the perfect base for enjoying the local beaches, beautiful coastal walks, the playground and of course the amazing swimming pool. The apartment is really well equipped and comfortable and the garden is such a huge bonus. Can't wait to come back again next year!

Ideal location
First trip abroad with our 2year old son and we had a fantastic time. The apartment was perfectly positioned in a quiet complex, a nice15mins walk from the heart of Santa Eulalia through the marina. The sea was a couple of minutes walk away, 2 supermarkets within 5 mins walk for food/essentials, a playground within the complex and another bigger one next door. We had a hire car and would recommend Cala Pada beach a 10 minute drive away but there are beaches in easy waking distance. The apartment was big and had everything we needed (including beach umbrellas), the outside space was safe and secure for our little boy to run about. The gas bbq made for easy meals when we didn't want to go out. A great rental!

Excellent well equipped apartment with a lovely pool in a great area. Nice added extras like the BBQ, beach blankets,towels, parasols and cool box and private garden with sun beds.Comfy beds, clean well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Added bonus of a full sky package. Niu Blau beach is 10 minutes walk and supermarket 2 minutes walk. Owner Andrew great to deal with as was Katrina who was easy to contact and even booked our taxi to the airport. You will not be disappointed if you stay at this apartment.

Having stayed at the same development two years ago we knew what a fantastic location this was for the local beaches, bars and restaurants. The apartment itself was everything that is listed. The garden in particular was great for us with 2 small children with us. We also found the huge selection of UK tv channels very useful for the children. The pool was deserted most days and it was like having your own private pool. Both Andrew (owner) and Karina (local contact) were very helpful and friendly. We will definitely look to go again.

Great location fabulous apartment
The apartment is perfect for couples or family. Stunning views just across the road at the Babylon beach bar and Soulgood bar a short walk on the coastal path. Large hotel opposite which we used for dinner one night with great entertainment. A 10 minute walk to marina, very short walk to supermarket. Impressed with the apartment as the photos don’t do it justice. We enjoyed the pool area too. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Great apartment in a good location
This was our 3rd visit to Santa Eulalia and the first time in an apartment. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The outside area in great although there are only 2 sun beds but 4 of us stayed there. The garden gets the sun until about 3pm. There are 2 great supermarkets on the doorstep. We preferred the Eroski which you get to by turning right as you come out of the main building. The pool area is lovely and didn’t get very busy. We preferred going to Niu Blau beach which is a short walk along the headland just passed the Babylon bar. We had cocktails at the Babylon bar and while the view is stunning, they were overpriced and we couldn’t taste the alcohol in them. Worth a visit though if only for the view. Loads of great restaurants in town to choose from and the town has a lovely feel. Karina was very helpful throughout our stay. Would recommend this apartment if you’re up for a bit of walking as it’s about 15 minutes to the marina and then another 10 or so to some of the restaurants further along the promenade. We made use of the BBQ and the air con was very welcome. All in all a great holiday in a comfortable apartment.

Spacious Apartment
I was very pleased with this apartment. It is very large with 2 spacious bedrooms, and separate bathrooms. It was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay including plenty of towels (including beach towels), washer and drier, fridge freezer, smart TV etc. There is a large supermarket within 2 mins walk and the marina is approx. 15 mins walk away. The Babylon Beach bar is across the road (not cheap but excellent food). The only criticism I would make is there are no sun loungers for the pool (previous apartments have provided fold up ones to take to the pool). This meant the pool was usually completely empty! However the sunbeds in the private garden were a real treat. Karina who met us on site was helpful but I would have preferred a folder of info in the apartment - day trips, recommended restaurants etc. On the whole I would definitely recommend this apartment for singles or two couples. We had a lovely stay

Top quality apartment in good location
Situated about 10 minutes walk from the marina we found the apartment really suited our requirements. In a private development it is very clean and well presented. With it being on ground floor the apartment remains cool internally with the outside space being perfect for sunbathing. Well equipped and satellite tv for all uk channels. Santa Eulalia is full of excellent restaurants and the promenade and marina are special features. When we return to Santa Eulalia we will certainly look to stay here again.

Lovely modern apartment with everything you need inside and outside. Air con worked well, nice small outdoor area that was very private, and beds were comfortable. Apartment itself was well stocked with all the things you need for a weeks holiday, and outside the pool was great and the supermarket is just 3 minutes walk away. Andrew was great to deal with too.

Amazing apartment and location.
We have just got back from an amazing holiday in this apartment, with our 3 year old son. The apartment was great very modern and clean, with Aircon and black out shutter on bedroom widows, which made for good nights sleep. The outside space was perfect for our son to run around in, very secure and safe with both sun and shade, and great for us to sit out in the evenings and relax. Also just outside the back gate was small park, which is part of the communal grounds and our son loved. The communal pool is amazing and had to ourselves most of the time. The location of the apartment is spot on with a supermarket 2min walk away, restaurants and marina 15/20min walk away and a great beach along the cost path 15min walk away (Niu Blau). The only one thing that may of helped would have been a visitor book with usefully info in such as bin location, parking space number, local info, etc. We will hopefully be back. Many thanks.

Home from Home
Having always stayed in hotels in Ibiza, we decided it would be nice to try actual "living" there for a week out of main season to see what it would be like. The apartment was lovely, recently updated, new fixtures and fittings, immaculate and quiet. The main bedroom is a great size with en suite bathroom and the patio area is absolutely perfect for breakfast in the sun. We loved having the sun loungers in our own private garden and the main communal pool area and gardens are beautiful. An excellent TV package and Wi-Fi were also much appreciated. The kitchen had everything we needed and separate utility with washer dryer and ironing facilities also came in handy. There is also a lovely new BBQ although we did not use this as too many restaurants in the area to try out. The location of the apartments is excellent - two big supermarkets within walking distance, the lovely marina , restaurants and fabulous beach and promenade are all nearby and one of our favourite Ibizan beach bars - Babylon is literally across the road perfect for chilling with a cocktail or Hierbas and amazing food. There is also a secure underground car park. Will we be back - I certainly hope so. Many thanks to our Host Andy for renting this out to us.
