Casa Encanto is a beautiful, historical Adobe home located on a quiet street in the heart of Santa Fe’s historic Eastside. This luxury home is a block away from the art galleries and shops of Canyon Road, and a short walk to the Santa Fe Plaza.
The 'Downtown Subscription' Coffee Shop and a wonderful, local grocery store are around the corner.

This luxury home features a beautiful courtyard entrance and a private flagstone patio with fountain and outdoor dining table off the living room and kitchen areas, where you can relax and enjoy a meal, a BBQ, or refreshments. Follow the flagstone pathway to the completely private, outdoor HOT TUB.

This home offers 3 comfortable bedrooms (2 queens and 1 King), 2 full baths, jacuzzi SPA, 3 kiva fireplaces, a cozy living room with a sectional, kiva fireplace and new large flat screen TVs and a wonderful, large and well equipped Kitchen.

Casa “Encanto” is located on our favorite street in Santa Fe: a peaceful, quiet road, that gives you the feeling of being out in the countryside, when you are actually close to everything! WE WALK EVERYWHERE!
Canyon Road is one block away, the Santa Fe plaza, galleries, restaurants and shops are a short stroll. Our favorite coffee shop and the local grocery store are just around the corner. Bicycle trails, hiking, skiing and outdoors activities are easily accessible too.

The Patio is peaceful & comfortable
You will love having dinner outside by the fountain, surrounded by bird in the lush, relaxing after dinner with a drink or a glass of wine, and then having a private hot tub under the stars.

The History within the Adobe walls: Be enchanted by the history within the adobe walls that was built over a century ago.
The thick walls, kiva fireplaces, authentic vigas, hardwood and flagstone floors makes this home a charming and fascinating place.

The home sleeps comfortably 6 people but we do allow 8 ( preferably 6 adults and 2 kids).
Please make sure to tell us if you need an extra mattress in the second bedroom.

We welcome well behaved pets and do charge a $25 per day per fee ( $100 min).

The beautiful GARDEN CASITA is located in the back of casa encanto and sleeps 2/4 more. Ask us to rent both homes together If you have a larger group and plan to stay longer.

We do charge for 1 midd-cleaning for monthly stays but we can also arrange as many cleanings as you want during your stay. Just let us know.

CASA LUNA: we also rent a beautiful 2 bedrooms 1 and1/2 bathrooms adobe home just across the street from Casa Encanto! Please contact us for further details.

Beautiful historic adobe in the perfect location.
We loved staying in this historic adobe, it was walking distance to everything we wanted to do. The closed-in courtyard was perfect for our dogs and kids. The kitchen was spacious and fully stocked, and we spent most of our time there. The bedrooms are quiet and removed from the noise, perfect for early-to-bed and morning risers to not disturb the rest of the group.

Amazing Property and Perfect Location
Marta's property was aboslutely perfect for our stay in Santa Fe. We have been coming to SF for years, but with our growing family we needed to find a new place to stay and this was absolutely the perfect location. It's tucked away enough that it's very quiet, but it's close enough to walk to the Plaza, Canyon Rd, the Farmer's Market and more! The house was spacious and so clean. My kids were absolutely delighted to find a closet full of toys (even scooters!) in their room and it kept them entertained for our entire stay. The hot tub was a perfect way to relax at the end of the day. The patio was beautiful and such a nice place to spend the afternoon and mealtimes. Marta was easy to communicate with and incredibly helpful and responsie! Her instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and concise. We will absolutely be staying here on our next trip to Santa Fe!

Had a sister's weekend at this property. All of us 60+. The house was very, very clean, kitchen very well stocked. Safe area within easy walking distance to Santa Fe plaza. Host quickly responded to all questions. She even checked in on us via a text to see if everything was going okay. Had one issue when a smoke alarm started to chirp. The owner sent someone within an hour and problem resolved. I would definitely stay at this beautiful property again!

This is our 3rd time to stay at this home. Marta is a great host and made sure all was clean and ready. She even made sure we had firewood. We had 4 adults and 2 children and we had plenty of room. The guest bedroom even had toys for my kids to play with. Great place.

Love this place!
Staying here was like staying at a friends friends house instead of a rental. So much personality and everything you could possibly need! The decor is perfect for the area. Marta is great at communicating. We loved the private yard with the hot tub, the location to the plaza and canyon road, and just the overall vibe of this house. Definitely recommend!

We stayed two nights and enjoyed the Jacuzzi and out door court yard. I found the lock box difficult to open - a girl with nails, holding a flashlight and turning the little dial of numbers in a tight corner on the gate. We left a light on all night so no one would trip over the uneven floors. Hey, it is an 100 plus year old place.

This property was exactly what we were looking for a weekend which was all Santa Fe. The picture from the street initially caused concern but you have to realize the Spanish house is courtyard centered and the courtyard was awesome. The host was great to work with and all of the information was accurate. Stay here if you can.

We celebrated my daughter's graduation. Marta was an excellent host. When we had questions, she answered them. Great location near shops with the ability to walk to the main downtown part of Santa Fe. Wonderful family gathering place
Definitely one of the nicest places we've stayed at. It is tucked away in a secluded neighborhood but very close to everything in Santa Fe. It is fully appointed with so many things it makes you feel like you are in your own house. We had six adults from our family plus an infant and the house was perfect for a little vacation. The outdoor garden/patio is fabulous with comfortable chairs and a chiminea for fires in the evening. We spent a lot of time in the kitchen around the huge dining table with comfortable chairs. The kitchen even has a fireplace and the place was stocked with plenty of firewood. The hot tub was so peaceful in the morning or late at night. The place has everything you need and Marta was fantastic to work with. We would definitely stay here again on another trip to Santa Fe.

Our family loved this place. We’ve stayed in many rentals, and this one is at the top. Location was near many restaurants and shopping. Great communication from our friendly host. Accurate listing. Wonderful house in Santa Fe
We had a wonderful stay in Santa Fe. House was great. Enjoyed the large kitchen, comfortable beds and the hot tub! The only complaint was the dishwasher was not secured to the cabinet and it was a bit cumbersome to use. But I let Marta know and I am confident she with get that corrected. House was warm and cozy.
