Nice. However, I find it negative to have an additional parking fee added to my bill. If you are going to charge for parking, include it in the overall charge listed on-line for the room. How was I expected to get to your motel? I did not see any public transportation and we were driving cross-country. Isn’t that your business-to accommodate travelers? Usually in a vehicle. Be upfront and list the parking fee amount when you state the cost of staying at your business.

Clean decent hotel. Staff super nice. Had coffee and tea 24 hrs. Had sitting area in lobby that was very uncomfortable. Would have given 5 star if had decent seating and tables to hang out and play games.

The hotel location is great for shopping and dining in a historical district. The Hotel is located across the street from The Loretto Church and St Michaels Chruch. The hotel itself is clean, staff is professional and courteous. The rooms are clean but are bit small.

Fantastic location at a fantastic price. We stayed here over New Year's Eve and were within easy walking distance of the plaza and had a great view of the fireworks. Appreciated the affordable parking and helpful staff.

End of December 2024. Great location, but.... Room was nice, clean, maid service quick and efficient. Beds pretty firm but that is a personal preference. Heating was a split unit that didnt really warm the bathroom and no heat in the bathroom. Temp was usually 65 deg or below in the bath. We went to Walmart and bought a little electric heater to make it comfortable. Also, the only electric plug for the vanity was about 6 ft away and we had to buy an extension cord so wife could run hair dryer and electric rollers. On the up side, lots of parking and only about a block and a half to the Plaza. Abilene, TX

We had a wonderful stay. The room was comfortable and parking was convenient. Check-in and check-out was an easy process. The hotel is also very nicely located as it is walking distance from a lot of shops, restaurants and beautiful churches.

The proximity to the square was wonderful. We were able to walk through the downtown area easily. We were there during Christmas, and the square was beautifully lit.

Not an honorable business!
We used to stay here due to its great location near our business in Santa Fe. I won't ever stay here again though! I realized within seconds of when i hit the "book" button that i had the wrong month. Immediately called them back & they refused to change the date, even after talking to the manager've never had that happen before. I wasn't even there for this stay but had to pay for it. BAD business guys!

I do not recommend staying here if you traveling alone. The parking lot and the area right outside the rooms is not well lit at night. In order to walk to and from your room, you might have to traverse the hotel's large dark parking lot (depending on the room location). It felt pretty creepy. The room itself was decent. The room seemed recently updated, but not updated with care. Cleanliness was good, not great. There were some noticeable flecks on the carpet, and I didn't investigate if they were dirt or damage to the carpet. The shower was warm, at best. Plus: Location Decent room Price Minus: Safety, not a good vibe Feels cheap

The only problem we had was with the shower. We stayed on the second floor. Not sure if that’s important. One of the shower doors doesn’t open so you cannot turn on the shower without getting wet So cold water in your face
