Casa Anita is a newly constructed luxury adobe style home. Casa Anita is a true example of the old pueblo style adobe. Casa Anita was constructed with every detail carefully considered to represent the historic nature of Santa Fe. Not only will you charmed by the Santa Fe style but you will also have the modern kitchen, modern bathrooms, hardwood floors, and separate temperature controlled hot water radiant heat and ductless air conditioners for each room. Rest peacefully at night knowing you can set your own sleeping temperature to meet your needs.

The accommodations in the house are 'turn-key” (you just need to show up). Casa Anita is well supplied with everything you will need from luxury bed linens and towels, hair dryers, shampoo, body soap, and a kitchen supplied with everything a master chef needs. The immaculate kitchen is tastefully appointed with high-end finishes and appliances. Access to Casa Anita is with an electronic smart dead bolt lock, which will open with your personalized key number.

The hand-hewn beams and Santa Fe charm of Casa Anita are just the beginning of your Santa Fe experience. Casa Anita is situated in a historic neighborhood and surrounded by the unique Santa Fe style homes. Upon stepping out of the gate of the adobe walled courtyard, you can stroll to the Plaza, Canyon Road, the Railyard District, or the New Mexico Capitol Building. Casa Anita is only short walk to the Farmers’ Market and Whole Foods Market allowing you to shop for fresh items alongside residents of Santa Fe. Within a 10 minute stroll you can reach to the Railyard Market or a 14 minute stroll brings you to the Canyon Road galleries or the Santa Fe Plaza. Caphalon non-stick cookware are provided in the unlikely event you want to forego the countless culinary adventures Santa Fe has to offer within walking distance of the residence.

A large table provides ample seating for 6.

Primary Bedroom Suite -
King size bed with sumptuous modern mattresses clothed in quality pillows, linens and spread. En-suite 5 piece master bathroom with whirlpool jetted tub, double sink vanity and walk-in closet. The master bedroom is appointed with a fireplace and flat screen TV. A french door off the master leads you to flagstone patio.

Guest Bedroom –
Queen size bed with sumptuous modern mattresses clothed in quality pillows, linens and spread. Enjoys the private use of a full bathroom.

Casita Secondary Suite Bedroom –
King size bed with sumptuous modern mattresses clothed in quality pillows, linens and spread. En-suite full bathroom, flat screen TV, kitchenette and french door leads you to flagstone patio.

There is off-street parking for one vehicle, there is plenty of additional on-street parking available on Anita Place. 5 Star Location!
This was an extremely quiet neighborhood, and the house in Casita are set back from the road as well. Within a 15 minute walk of just about everywhere we needed to go. Close to the farmers market especially. Two drawbacks: the kitchen is very small so more than two people cannot be cooking at the same time. Also some things not available, such as a tea kettle. Otherwise, well appointed. The other problem was the only soap and shampoo we were given were tiny sample sizes. This day was for four days and so we had to go to the market to buy more. One final comment: if you go to this property before November 1, you cannot use the fireplace. This was unfortunate since one of the reasons I rented this place were for the fireplaces.

Loved walking everywhere from this lovely house!
We had a lovely stay at casa Anita. The house was clean and very comfortable and the casita was really nice additional space. We loved hanging out on the patio in the evenings and the ease of walking everywhere we wanted to go. The only minor negatives were the lack or hand soap in any of the bathrooms and no coffee. Not a huge deal as we just ran out to buy these. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

Great Property and Wonderful Host!
Lovely accommodations to spend time with family and friends! The house layout with the separate casita and porches enables private spaces, lovely outdoor dining and communal areas as well. It is the perfect balance for a group. The property is well-cared for and has the best chef's kitchen inventory of any rental that we've stayed in! The Host, Nancy, is timely in her communications and was very attentive and responsive. We had a minor problem during our stay and the repairman was called immediately and the issue resolved. There was also a local property manager that was helpful with details when we needed information. All in all a great experience for us as guests. Highly recommend this property if you are visiting Santa Fe!

Four of us really enjoyed our 10-day stay at this South Cap house and casita in Santa Fe. They are very clean, well located, and tastefully and comfortably furnished (we all loved the art works). All the bedrooms have comfortable beds, there is a nicely stocked kitchen, and two pleasant outdoor spaces. This lovely house and casita easily earns 5 stars.

Great Place and Location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the main house and casita. It's located in a super quiet neighborhood with 1 spot in the driveway and lots of street parking. It's an easy walk to the plaza The units are comfortable, super clean and the kitchen is well stocked with the dishware to cook and eat. We had a couple of small things come up during our stay and Nancy, the owner, was on top of it to resolve quickly. She and her husband are super helpful and so sweet. One note is that there is one step inside the main house and it is marked with some caution tape so it is visible and easy to navigate. There are steps outside which you can see in the photos of this super cute place. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Santa Fe Home
This rental is truly like staying in a luxurious home because of all its nice features. The main Casa is spacious for four people and with the Casita, the rental adds a special space that is perfect for a couple who wishes extra privacy. It is across the small courtyard at the entrance and my family liked to gather in the Casa at the start and end of the day, yet the extra private space across the courtyard was welcome. Both were super clean, there was a separate room for a washer and dryer, and the kitchen was well appointed with everything needed when we chose to cook. All beds were super comfortable. The hosts were great with communication, before we came, and during the stay. All my questions were answered. The fact that the location is within walking distance to the Plaza full of shops and restaurants was a great plus. My family and I were very happy staying in this Casa and Casita and hope to come again as this was one of the nicest VRBO rentals ever!

Casa Anita and Santa Fe
We had a wonderful week long stay at Casa Anita in Santa Fe. The property is as advertised and located on a quiet street within easy walking distance of the Railyard and Plaza. We enjoyed meals at the home which includes a nice outdoor dining area as well as indoor seating that easily accommodated our group of six adults. The kitchen is really well stocked and included the necessary items to cook and grill. The beds are very comfortable and the casita provides a nice living area and additional privacy. Best of all, we were able to walk to all of the restaurants and bars. Santa Fe is a walking town and this added convenience made our visit even more enjoyable. Thanks Nancy and Bob for your hospitality!
