Casa Parque is a beautiful casita in an idyllic setting, 12 minutes from the Santa Fe Plaza, both far enough yet near enough to the city to be just perfect. Set in an attractive development of the Tesuque foothills two miles above Tesuque Village, 10 minutes from the Santa Fe Opera. Across from the entrance to the development is the lovely Four Seasons Luxury Resort - Rancho Encantado. The casita has the charm of the classic Santa Fe style with transformed kitchen and baths. Lovely Casita
This casita never disappoints. Good communication from hosts. It is very nicely decorated, well equipped inside and out. The patio is a delight, with nice seating areas and a beautiful view. Perfect place for morning coffee and sundowners!

Peaceful and beautiful place to stay in Santa Fe
We came out to Santa Fe for some skiing and sightseeing. We travel a lot and all I can say is that this was probably the best place we've ever stayed at. The home is in a beautiful and peaceful location. The home itself was beautifully decorated and extremely cozy. Communication with owner was perfect. Without a doubt we'd enthusiastically recommend it to everyone. We'd definitely stay here again next visit!

Secluded yet close to town
This place was the perfect place to spend time during our first trip to Santa Fe. It was just enough out of town for the secluded feeling that we wanted but just minutes to town and activities. The house was beautifully appointed with everything you could want/need. Although it was a bit cold for us to enjoy the patio is beautiful and a perfect place to enjoy the sunshine and views. Tim was great at communicating and made everything easy.

5 stars all the way!
This house checked all of the boxes for us. The location is private and very quiet. I walked each morning around the neighborhood, which is surrounded by trees and mountains, very safe and the few people (and dogs) I met were friendly. Top things I liked include: -the 2 min drive to 4 seasons for happy hour deals with a sunset view -the short drive to Santa Fe to sightsee at the Plaza -the brick flooring which is perfect for yoga -the large and new mattresses on the beds (this is always a sign of an owner who cares) -the fully stocked kitchen. It's great to be able to have dinner in and watch a movie after a day of walking. This was an easy rental that met all of our needs and was a great value, allowing us the perfect balance of busy city access and quiet country luxury. The only downside was that it's winter so the outdoor pool isn't open...but really this just means we will have to come back again in the summer!! :) 5 stars all the way

Best Place to Stay in Santa Fe! OUTSTANDING casita!
We rented Tim's house for a quick end of summer getaway with our 9 and 11 year old girls and we all ABSOLUTELY loved this gem of a casita! I would give 6 stars if I could. Gourmet kitchen with every upgrade and thing you could possibly need and more. Modern large, lovely bedrooms and bathrooms. All the decor is Santa Fe chic and so cozy. The outdoor patio is so peaceful with beautiful views, perfect for morning coffee, happy hour or a nightcap! Easy 12 minute drive to downtown. Pool was perfect and a great temperature. Tim recommended that we stop at Market Street for food and drinks on the way to the casita and that was the perfect plan. He also recommended going to Tesuque Market and I am SO glad we did. That place is a hidden gem..food and drinks were fantastic, just a super cool place. Loved being walking distance from the Four Seasons...we walked over for hiking, breakfast and 2 dinners (ask for Perla as your server she's the best!) Tim was so friendly, attentive and fast to respond when we needed something. I highly recommend you stay here when you visit Santa Fe, you will not be disappointed and really won't want to leave! We are already planning our next trip back!

Luxurious, Secluded Family Getaway!
Ideal site for our family of four on our trip to New Mexico. Beautiful setting, only a 15 minute drive from the heart of Santa Fe. We loved the pool, the gourmet kitchen, and hanging out on the patio. Tim was a great and communicative host who made the logistics a breeze. Recommend!

A cozy house in a cozy place
This house is the nicest house my family has ever stayed in on any of our vacations. The area is secluded enough that you still have a bit of privacy, but also close enough to stores and attractions that you won't have to drive more than twenty minutes. The house has everything you need, from chip bag clips to multiple rolls of toilet paper. Skylights are in almost every room of the house and the wall-to-wall windows make for great lighting. The porch was where we spent lots of time, sitting underneath the awning on the comfortable lounge chairs. The bath was amazing, and the shower was awesome! Tim was a wonderful host, and he was very cooperative and reached out if we needed anything. I hope you will seriously consider this house if you are looking to stay in Santa Fe.

Amazing 2.5 Month Stay!
We rented Tim's beautiful home for over 2 months and LOVED our stay. We loved our stay and loved everything about the home. What an amazing location - we loved it! Several stunning trails within 5 minutes out the door for walking, and sunsets. The house is super clean with a wonderful cleaning staff. Everything worked very well and was very comfortable. Loved taking showers under the sky-lites... and moonlite during the full moons - magical. We loved walking out the door and across the street for happy hour and the sunset at four seasons! Loved being just a few miles from Tesuque Market for wonderful food, (strong!) drinks, thin crust pizza and more. Loved being so close to the amazing El Nido. We felt safe and luxurious in this home and would highly recommend it. Tim was easy/fast to contact if we needed anything and we would not hesitate to stay with Tim again. We are grateful to Tim & his family for allowing us to bring our fur family who also had an amazing time!

Even better than before
We have stayed in this condo several times over the years. It's always our 'go to' place to stay when visiting Santa Fe (if it's available--book early). However, recent upgrades by Tim make it even better. New appliances, flooring, even the front door was given an upgrade--you won't find a better place to stay. We can't wait until next time!

Superb accommodation in a beautiful setting
We thoroughly enjoyed the casita. The decor was well appointed and harmonized perfectly with the Southwestern style. The kitchen was well-stocked as well as various amenities throughout. Everything was spotlessly clean which is always a big plus in a strange place. We enjoyed building a fire in the kiva fireplace at night, a real highlight to the overall ambiance, and spent cool but comfortable mornings on the patio taking in views of the surrounding mountains. Apart to speaking once to our neighbor, our stay was totally quiet and peaceful. We plan to return some day and would recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful retreat in New Mexico

Perfect location to stay in Santa Fe. House is equipped with everything you need. Loved the Southwest decor, especially the artwork. The fireplace and jacuzzi tub were awesome. Kitchen was well equipped and phone charger station was a plus. Quality dinnerware, high end appliances and lots of spices, etc. in kitchen. Enjoyed lunch at The Tesugue Village Market. Shopped for groceries at Sprouts Market. Enjoyed Canyon Road and The Plaza, which was about a 15 minute drive from house. We truly enjoyed this wonderful rental.

Perfect location
We loved the location as It was nestled in the hills with nice views and peace and quiet. Star gazing at night was amazing. The owner was attentive and worked with us on a schedule change. The place had all we needed with enough coffee for the week, and a great kitchen. Easy hour drive to Albuquerque for the Balloon Fiesta which was so fun. Definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Home Close To So Much!
I really can’t say enough good things about this home. It is comfortable, welcoming and clean. Great amenities too. It’s a short ride to Santa Fe Plaza, many hikes, good restaurants. There is hiking right near the home too. The kitchen and dining area is so nice and a great gathering place to hang out. The host is responsive and reliable. A return is definitely in order.

Labor Day vacation
My friend and I stayed here from late August through Labor Day and absolutely loved this condo! It is far enough out of town to be able to see the millions of stars at night from the large patio, but close enough in that it only takes less than 10 minutes to get downtown. This is my new favorite spot to stay!

Was our second stay at this property. This unique condo has excellent views, and decorated in marvelous Santa Fe fashion will not disappoint. All the conveniences of home. The owners are super responsive and accommodating. Close by to Plaza, the Opera and short drive to Abiquiq, Ghost Ranch, and Los Alamos sites. Plan to be back next year. Overall will give a 5 Star rating.
