This was a very comfortable, friendly hotel. The staff were amazing. Really good pool for the children. Evening and day time activities were included. The breakfast was fantastic and we ate here one evening and the meal was delicious if a little pricy. There is an outdoor bar above the pool where you can go during the day or evening. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay at this hotel. The deluxe rooms are great. The staff are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast options cater for everyone. Loved the pool and bar area to relax in. The location is very good with easy walking to restaurants and the train station (the train is a great way to visit the area).

We stayed 10 nights at the hotel and we had a wonderful time. Everything was amazing: the staff, accommodation, breakfast, location, swimming pool and restaurant. We went with our dog who was welcomed with a comfortable bed and very practical plates for food and water. Although, dogs are not allowed at the pool area we could chill with her by the terrace. The only thing it could be better is the WiFi in the room, because in other areas of the hotel it is perfect. Thank you very much!

It is a beautiful hotel with great service. They helped us find a guide to take us to mountain villages. Since it is the the old city, there are many interesting shops and restaurants. If you are tired, the hotel also has a restaurant next to the pool.

The Monte Rossa is awesome.It is well staffed with people that can't do enough for you. Rooms are clean, breakfast is great. Francesca at the front desk is fantastic. They even new we had an early flight and told us to get downstairs early and they'd provide some breakfast snacks and coffee. This is one of the best hotels we've stayed in anywhere.

Pros are that this is a very clean hotel with a nice staff, and they offer a great breakfast. We had a nice room with it's own lovely balcony, and we enjoyed the surrounding church bells. The only con was a loud disco party on the hotel's beautiful terrace.

Hotel set in a traditional Italian town with a lovely terrace and pool area which was great for sun bathing. Good number of sun loungers which were very comfortable. The hot tub was a nice bonus. Room cleaned twice a day, morning and evening. Great selection of continental and cooked items for breakfast which was served in a bright and airy new room. Hotel staff were helpful but found the hotel a little more impersonal due to its medium size.
