Inside the hotel was nice and unique. The GM was absolutely kind with his service. The hotel was already nice and since they plan on adding more to the hotel, I will likely revisit again if I’m in the area.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Avanti, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. We stayed in a suite, and from the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the impeccable design and cleanliness of the room. The suite was well-equipped with modern amenities, including two large flat-screen TVs — one in the bedroom and one in the living room. This was perfect for our downtime, allowing us to relax and unwind with our favorite shows. The two individually controlled AC units were a great touch, ensuring that we could adjust the temperature to our liking in both areas of the suite. The suite also featured a microwave and a small fridge, which made it convenient for us to store and heat up snacks and drinks. The stylish furniture added a touch of elegance, and the bed was very comfortable, providing us with restful nights of sleep. One highlight of our stay was the warm hospitality of the general manager, who personally gave us a tour of the hotel. It was clear that they take great pride in maintaining high standards, and this was reflected in every aspect of our stay. The hotel's location also deserves a mention. The area felt safe, and there was no outside noise, which contributed to a peaceful and enjoyable stay. Overall, our experience at Hotel Avanti was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and quiet place to stay. We look forward to returning in the future.

AVANTI MOTEL — SANTA MARIA CA
Santa Maria CA — This centrally located, downtown motel, is under refurbishment. The new rooms are spacious, bright and modern, with an element of fun, “kitschy” design. Very nice! Staff are welcoming and very helpful.

The remodeling and nice and clean room didnt like that they need you to have a bank account and if not you need 150$ cash deposit also that they dont allow you to use a family members bank card

Great room, the AC unit kept giving us some errors but it was a comfortable stay, they cleaned our room twice over our 4 night stay. Which was super nice, close to a corner store and yummy food. Would stay here again. There were stone stains in the shower and some on the walls but other than that the room was clean and it smelt amazing ☺️

Our vacation experience
It started off not very well with not getting the bed size we reserved and issues with the front desk. After three days of being in the same room with bad WiFi service and no cable to watch with my family the manager came and let us know that he was aware of us not being satisfied in the hotel and offered us a way out with a full refund. I let him know that wouldn’t fix our issues since we did come to have a nice family vacation… He then offered to put us in a sweat for our last night and refund us for the night that we were absolutely unhappy. After putting us in a sweat we were much more comfortable just unfortunate it was our last night. Staff cleaning the room was very nice a young lady supper sweet and helpful. Hoping things change for the better with this hotel and the owners also learn from this experience as we have.

When you first arrive you're met with an exterior similar to most road side motels. Once inside though, its amazing! Huge comfortable bed, 1.5 bathrooms, 2 tvs, a living room... great value overall. Small downfalls, showerhead is in an awkward spot causing a good amount of water to leak out. Walls are thin, you hear all your neighbors, luckily, they went to sleep early! Thats it! Perfect spot to sleep for my Spartan race!
