The property was excellent and the staff was brillant ,from reception staff to restaurant staff,the cleanliness of the room was excellent 100 percent Also the swimming pool staff very nice specially a gentleman called Edwin the swimming pool attendant .

Great clean Hotel with Amazin bay views and friendly staff. Breakfast was not the best compared to the other Hiltons (cartagena or Medellin). Indoor parking available via the side entrance.

All emplyees are great, friendly and helpfull. Congratulations to the chef, food was great. I prefered to eat at the hotel than outside. Views from the pool are amazing, nice pool bar. I would like music not so loud but I understand we are in Colombia.
