no good wifi tv does not work in the morning sand on the beach is grey , water also. nothing like white sand blue water shown on expedia desk staff clueless i had to pay for my daughter some kind of insurance but was never able to get details on that . ( strange ) construction next door so noisy all day food : better not commenting

Irotama Del Mar was beautiful.
The resort is beautiful and we had ample room for our family of 6 in our 3 bedroom condo. The maid service was outstanding. Every day the room was simply spotless after they cleaned. We did have a problem with the master bathroom toilet and air conditioning but the maintenance staff attended to fixing them promptly. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, there were many great options every morning. My daughters’ enjoyed the pool everyday. My only complaint would be the countless vendors trying to sell us things while we were at the beach.

I would NEVER go back here!!!
We were charged an exorbitant amount in the middle of our stay for "extra people" (although the reservation was made for the correct number) with no warning. Staff were unresponsive. It was a highly unpleasant holiday experience!

I was surprised the price given by the time of booking went up by about 100USD. I was expecting the price given at the time of booking to be honored. Also one would expect to have a pen an some paper to take notes in the room which was missing. Even inexpensive motels have that.

Es muy buen hotel siempre nos gusta llegar a Irota
Muy agradable a pesar de haber solicitado un apartamento de 1 habitación, nos dieron un apartamento de 3 habitaciones sala , comedor, cocina, lavadora y secadora Jakuzzi 3 balcones al mar y vista preciosa ubicado en el piso 15 el edificio esta perfectamente tenido y muy bien dotado, hacen aseo diario y cambio de ropa de cama y toallas, estuvimos muy contentos y quisiéramos volver nuevamente con toda la familia, el precio incluye desayuno bufete y es muy bueno y el resto de restaurantes la comida es excelente, la naturaleza muy linda y el cuidado de los animales con mucho esmero, el personal muy bien entrenado y la atención muy buena, lo recomiendo para que sea promovido por su organización, tiene servicio de bus que lo recoge a uno en el aeropuerto y lo lleva nuevamente al regreso, sin ningún costo adicional, todo el personal mu bien uniformado tanto los ejecutivos, como el personal de recepción, camareras, jardineros, y están haciendo mas edificios para tener mas servicio, la piscina es muy buena y a pesar que nos habían dicho que Santa Martha tiene problemas de agua, no se nota nada porque tienen su planta de tratamiento para cada edificio, el mas limpio y de mu buena TEMPERATURA, nos dijeron que las aguas negras caen al mar pero no en el Irotama
