Looking for a spacious apartment with exceptional views and a large winter garden to relax on the west coast of Corsica? Family Cross welcomes you to their new home - "Chez Don Paul" for this holiday.
Our house is located in the small tranquil village of Santa Reparata di Balagne near Ile Rousse. The house is located directly on a small ridge overlooking the town of Ile Rousse, the coast and the impressive mountains in the hinterland. In the valley lies an idyllic drinking water lake.
In just ten-fifteen minutes you can reach Ile Rousse and the adjacent white-sand beaches with crystal-clear, turquoise water. Other beaches are easily accessible by car. One of the most beautiful coasts of Europe awaits you and lures you to linger.
In the village of Santa Reparata di Balagne you will find restaurants, bars and a small supermarket with fresh pastries and a butcher. In Ile Rousse you will find various supermarkets, cafes, bars, boutiques and other shops as well as a market hall.
Our apartment "Chez Don Paul" with about 80 square meters of living space can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment has a large kitchen with refrigerator, gas stove, electric oven and a comfortable seating area. The kitchen is fully furnished.
The apartment has a separate fully furnished bedroom with double bed, a large living room with fireplace and a pull-out sofa bed, and a fantastic winter garden, which makes every stay an experience and invites you to linger. The view through the more than 6 meter long window front towards the sea, harbor and Ile Rousse is overwhelming. Overall, the apartment has a shower room with integrated toilet.
The apartment is newly renovated and newly furnished. It has satellite TV with German, French and Italian channels. Wi-Fi is available as well.
Fresh linen and towels are provided. (weekly laundry service)
You can enjoy breakfast after prior registration and extra charge in the adjacent hotel "La Santa". On site our caretaker will be happy to assist you.
Parking spaces are available in sufficient numbers directly opposite on the church square.
