Beautifully renovated, The Summit is the highly desirable first-floor villa in Seagrove Beach and is closest to the beach. This private, low-rise gated community of only 24 villas sits directly on coveted 30A with only 4 buildings and 2 villas per floor. With its classic coastal design, The Summit offers two spacious King bedrooms with en suite full bathrooms, and a double Queen guestroom with an en-suite full bathroom.
