Come enjoy the beach from this beautiful 3-bedroom home with bunk room located in the highly sought after Summersweet community of WaterColor! This beach oasis is located directly across from the Dragonfly Pool, and is just a short walk or bike ride from the Gulf.

You are sure to find all that you need in this well-appointed home. Every bedroom includes a TV, the kitchen is fully stocked and the large, open-concept living area (with 60" TV!) makes the best place to relax after a long day at the beach (or pool). The laundry room and a half bathroom are right off the kitchen for your convenience. At the back of the home, you'll find a spacious, screened-in porch, complete with lounging chairs and convenient steps leading out to the Dragonfly pool. The perfect area for all your entertaining needs!

As you walk up to the 2nd floor, you will find 3 bedrooms and a bunk room. All 3 of the suites have a connecting full bath, and beautiful, glass enclosed showers. Off the large master suite, you will find a private balcony with 2 Adirondack chairs, providing a comfortable area for you to sip and enjoy your morning coffee. As you walk down the hallway, you'll se the bunk room that can be closed off with French doors.

The WaterColor Resort Amenity Passes provide access to all 6 WaterColor pools, along with entry to the beach club, for up to 8 people. With less than a 1.7 mile distance to both the Seaside and Watercolor town centers, you are only a short walk, bike, or drive from fun family activities, delicious restaurants, and desirable boutiques in the nearby surrounding communities.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Amazing house on the outskirts of Watercolor Community.
Our stay at the Vrbo rental in the Watercolor community of Seaside, Florida, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the serene, picturesque surroundings and the immaculate condition of the home. The property was a perfect blend of modern amenities and charming coastal decor, creating an inviting and comfortable atmosphere. The spacious layout easily accommodated our group, offering plenty of room for relaxation and entertainment. The fully-equipped kitchen was a joy to use, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the high-quality linens and well-stocked essentials. Each bedroom was a haven of tranquility, ensuring everyone had a restful night’s sleep. One of the highlights was the beautiful outdoor space. The private porch was an ideal spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails, and the proximity to the community’s pools and beach access made it easy to enjoy the best of what Watercolor has to offer. We loved exploring the scenic trails and taking advantage of the cart rentals to visit nearby Seaside. The location was superb—just a cart ride to the beach and close to a variety of shops and delicious dining options within Seaside’s Square and Watercolor’s Community. In summary, this Vrbo rental exceeded all our expectations and provided an unforgettable getaway. We can’t wait to return and would highly recommend it

The house is wonderful and we had a group of 7 staying there. My only “nit picky” complaint is the cable is difficult to work. It’s a great location for Thanksgiving as parking is easy everywhere. Access to the pools and beach were an added bonus. Would stay here again.

The neighborhood was quite a treat! Beautiful evening rides on our rented golf cart through the neighborhood was delightful. Loved all the amenities and the house was very tastefully decorated and relaxing. We would definitely stay again!

HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE!!!!!
During our brief 3 night stay, the smoke alarm went off 3 separate times, 2 of which were at 5 am. No assistance was provided and we had no way of turning off the ear piercing alarm. There was no smoke of ANY kind ANY time. I was literally told by Benchmark management that I would have to wait 3 hours for their office to open. When I asked specifically if we were expected to listen to the screaming alarm for the next 3 hours I was answered with, "Yes, ma'am." I was told by Benchmark I would be put on a waiting list and someone would contact me to address the issue. 6 days later, nothing. I called again and was told nothing could be done. Waste of time, money and trip RUINED. Thankfully there never was cause for concern, however if there had been, not 1 responder called or showed up ANY time. Absolutely APPALLED by the complete lack of customer service. Disgusted to say the least.

This home was a great option for our family (kids and grandparents) Spring Break vacation. The layout of the house was great and the location was safe and convenient. There were a couple of areas in the home that needed attention such as the Master porch. The bike rentals that came as part of the rental could also use some TLC.

First of all I chose another watercolor property but when I received the confirmation I realized it wasn’t the house I requested After a call to benchmark I was told the property I chose was already rented so the house we were renting was a total surprise It was fine but I still don’t know how this happened However while we were there Benchmark Management wonderful when we needed them I highly recommend them

Great location. Nice floor plan. Met our needs well. Liked having a garage. There were no remote controls for the garage, however. When we arrived and throughout the stay there was a large pile of brush at the end of the driveway. We own the house next door and know that WaterColor will not pick up brush. This is very unsightly and should be addressed with the owners. Also the owners need to replace/ remove several dead shrubs near the air conditioner units and put down fresh pine straw. The fence around AC is rotting and moldy and needs attention. Inside the house was basic and nice. Living room could use some table lamps and perhaps fresh sofas. It was a bit dreary. Nothing major and overall very enjoyable.

Awesome time for family vacation
We had a great time visiting 103 Summersalt! Pool right across the street for the kids and very little traffic in the neighborhood is perfect for families. The only tweak would have been to have a few more amenities stocked for guests (bikes, beach chairs, golf cart, etc…, but overall we would definitely come back to stay there

The house was perfect for our family. There was a lot of space and they had plenty of bikes. I would warn to be careful in the bunk bedroom. The top bunk is very close to the fan and could be dangerous for a small child.

Summersalt was exactly as described. A perfect house for 3 couples visiting Watercolor for a friend’s wedding. The property has been well maintained, was clean, and decor is very attractive. We would choose same house again.

Leaves a lot to be desired
This property only received a three star rating because quite frankly, it is nowhere near as good as other properties I've visited in Watercolor. I have stayed in the area several times and this is my least favorite. First, the positives. The house was pretty clean except for used soap left in one shower and a mini shampoo bottle left in another. I definitely question how thorough the cleaning was given these items were left behind from the previous renters. The location was convenient to Publix and Seaside but not near the beach club. You do get access to the beach club so that is another positive. The things that I did not like were no wifi, no bikes, no golf cart, and the $200 credit really isn't $200 as described. It is less if you stay for a shorter period so be aware. The house was supposed to have wifi, but the fine print says that it may not work. Guess what? It doesn't. The listing also says that the house comes with bikes and we even received the lock code. When getting to the house, no bikes. When I called the management to question this, I was told that someone broke the bikes and the owners decided not to replace them. If there is one thing about watercolor that is consistent, it is that every house I have ever rented had bikes. Not this one. I was told that we could use the credit provided. Unfortunately, we had already applied the credit to backpack beach chairs. Please note: the company that you get the credit for cannot set up chairs for you in Watercolor. Also, the company says it can be up to 6 pm on your forst day to receive your chairs. So, our first day we are headed to the beach and still no chairs delivered. Turns out they were heavy and cumbersome so we only used them one day. The next time I will make sure to rent a set up through Watercolor. There were four adults on this trip and the pictures make the fourth bedroom look as if it is a real room but it is literally a large closet with a bunk bed. No dresser, etc. The bed feels like the kind you used to sleep on at camp, so I would only consider this a comfortable bed for children not an adult. Watercolor is an awesome community with so many wonderful places to stay. I would recommend avoiding htis particular home unless you have no other choice. Very disappointing.

We just arrived home from our vacation and we all want to go back NOW! The home and community are terrific. One of the best places we have stayed in the 30A area. One pool is directly across the street and three pools are available at the beach access at Watercolor Inn. We loved having the pools on the beach for easy back and forth play with the kids! We will definitely consider this rental again for our 2021 family vacation!

Home was beautiful
We spend a week down in watercolor meeting up with old friends and enjoying the beautiful water and town! We loved that the home came with watercolor passes for our whole crew. We had an issue with management about our cable and internet being out for 3 days that they refused to work with us on but other than that we had the best time! Would highly recommend staying here!
